Reading old doujins, part 2: extreme lewdness warning
>It's selling really bad in japan
>Seeders on nyaa are extremely low (even new episodes) compared with the rest of the shows of this season
Did you burn out the show?
or the new season is shit?
(I didn't watch it yet)
I am considering making an /a/ Sings Acchu ma Seishun (ED)
Would anyone be interested on it?
The only chapter there that hasn't been translated or animated is Chapter 34, "Yurus clean the school together".
I didn't think the episode was that special. Things just sort of happened, and left me with the feeling of "ok?" Especially when it goes back and forth between the two pairs, that really takes down the focus. The Christmas dates were shorter and more jumbled and didn't consist of slides. I'll say the highlight was Chinatsu and Yui, but I also liked Mirakurun. I wish Ayano had gotten the same treatment, but they only want her to be funny when she's in the background.
Slutty Akarin was underwhelming.
Those two sure didn't waste any time did they
Autists like >>133617095 and >>133617138 can't deal with a little change.
Sure it's not as good as the other seasons but if you're a real fan then you'll enjoy it all the same.
Posting the real OTP in today's episode.
Just watched the episode and read the last thread.
Episode was glorious, and holy shit KyoYuifags were so triggered.
I'm disappointed this line didn't make it into the anime
>China chickened at the last moment when the Yui-kissu was right there to take
Come on now, you don't have problems with Akari, get it done already.
Anyways, the episode was great.
Agreed. And I want to know the history of these two. Like was Ayano really Kyoko's enemy when they first met? What changed her mind? How long have they known each other?
What is China-chan's expression trying to convey
It's too bad Akari's already taken.
>Nadeshiko's harem in the background
Why was I not informed!?
In the manga there were two seconds of Sakurako, but more importantly Himawari, but they were replaced with Chizuru making an appearance and barely making a peep. Everybody loses.
It's shit. I'm not saying the old seasons were better either. If I was still I newfag to anime/manga, I'd probably be loving this but my taste has just changed. I still enjoy cute girl SoLs but this one is just really bad. On the other hand, I do think Oomuroke is good but I honestly couldn't get through the last few episodes of this.
>It's shit. I'm not saying the old seasons were better either. If I was still I newfag to anime/manga, I'd probably be loving this but my taste has just changed.
No one gives a shit about you or how you feel about anything.
It's nice that they made it more likely that she was kissed.
I wonder what all those background ladies think of this display
No pairing is truly canon, that's what makes all pairings possible.
Yeah, they're left opened but I'd go with natural/casual.
That's not how canon works. That's like answering a yes or no question with a maybe.
Wow I didn't knew that this pic and the one with Kyouko making Yui wear cute clothes were drawn by Namori. Also does anyone know what is this?
For that guy
I tried something that's supposed to make vectors.
You want something else? Fine, fuck you, here you go.
Fuck, that's like some modern art shit right there homie G.
I think we still haven't thoroughly discussed this episode's main question
Was it rape?
Fucking Chinatsu I thought this was a random line but she was talking about her mother birthday cake.
>twirling without a spoon
Chinatsu is a woman of culture and knows proper Italian etiquette.
Why is Akari the greatest of friends?
Step 1: get pasta on fork
Step 2: put pasta and fork on spoon
Step 3: twist pasta on spoon.
I have, I dont know know why though. Ive never read that in any book of ettiquette and im pretty sure it it isnt any easier either.
Is it a New York thing or something? Like a Sicilian family that brought over this habit and now a bunch of people do it?
That wasn't rape. That was some tender loving. Besides, I don't even think Chinatsu knows what consent is.
You will never date a Yui. Ever.
>Not licking the screen
What are you, gay?
nice wizardry, though
Why is Kyōko so shit? she ruined the whole episode.
I AM SO FUCKING HARD RIGHT NOW
Because she wants her love to be happy.
>ayano buys tickets to dumb movie because she thought kyouko might like it
>kyouko buys tickets to love movie because she thought ayano might like it
Too cute, and I'm not even an AyaKyofag.
>one 10/10 segment
>one 2/10 segment
And that is why S3 is a 6/10
Why is Akari such a cúck?
She ships China and Yui but she secretly wants that pink abomination.
Yay! We finally get to see some Mirakurun scenes in this season.
You're right, I owe it to her. It's what she wanted after all.
>No they don't
They do, and I'm speaking from experience.
I never saw Yui as being that cute before but this season has really warmed me up to her.
I manually type out senpai just for the hell of it.
Who's more of an asshole-friend, Chinatsu (to Akari) or Kurumi (to Raika)?
She has zero regard for her well-being, feelings, comfort etc. as evidenced from her occasional coercion to kisses, and scenes like in this gif.
I'd follow Yui to Moscow and back.
I'd keep her company in Saint Helena too until death till us part.
>She has zero regard for her well-being, feelings, comfort etc
Didn't we just see that that is not the case
It's not that she's only started showing these traits just now. It's just that even when she's trying to be nice she often overdoes it and, well, causes Akari grief unintentionally.
Then again, even in vol. 10, she's still not particularly friendly (in her heart) with Akari. What kind of a BFF would break down into despair upon seeing her friend, simply because she thought she was going to be alone with her crush?
Well, in the end, it only implies that Akari's worth is little more than a bug in contrast to Yui.
Yet to be fair, it seems that everyone apart from those two is worth even less to her. So I suppose Akari's status is relatively elevated.
That's a bit of an exaggeration. Chinatsu gets along with other people fine. There was an episode where she and Himawari spent so much time together it made Sakurako jealous, and she even talks nice about Kyouko to her sister, who she idolizes.
No, not really. KinMoza and YYS are equal in yuri to the first two seasons of Yuru Yuri, but S3 is just gay as shit. Might be because of the change in director and that Yuru Yuri has not been in Yuri Hime S for some years.
Chinatsu crush on Yui is just superficial, China had a dream in which the only way to woke up was to kiss Akari, Akari is pretty high in China's priorities, she just hasn't realized it yet consciously.
And I thought I was the only one shipping these two
This episode had two separate girl on girl dates. Three if you count the sleepover.
That is pretty gay
There were dates in previous seasons too. This episode Ayano and China acted like usual, the only difference was Akari when she showed she actually wants a real kiss instead of a practice kiss, and that's not gayer than the other 2 characters.
KinMoza's only hard gay is Ayaya which was confirmed by the author, AliceShino and KarenHonoka have a thematic similar to other pairings in other moe shows. Yuyushiki doesn't has much yuri, but the implications are pretty bold and the jokes are gay as hell, the author is also a confirmed yurifag. S3 Yuru Yuri even had pic related. Honestly, in terms of gayness between those thee I would say
YrYr S3 > YYS > KinMoza
When KinMoza and YYS have multiple girl on girl dates in an episode we'll compare the yuri levels of each show
Not to mention on-screen girl on girl kisses, lesbian fantasies, and totally gay dreams
The series isn't particularly gay. Romance is usually played for laughs, even things like the Ikeda twins kissing. We call them dates but Ayano and Kyouko going to the movies are just two friends going out. It's more cute than anything, because they are so young.
Pretty sure AliceShino is way more above other moe shows pairings, only KarenHonoka would be similar and that's because it's relatively new. Yuyushiki is not romantic but the characters are blatant lesbos. I know Akari and China will obviously end together and they belong together, but at least in those other shows they're not scared to be more romantic or more lewd, which really adds to the gayness.
I'm dying of Brat deficiency bros.
>but at least in those other shows they're not scared to be more romantic or more lewd
That's wrong, there is no romance in either KinMoza or YYS, only YYS is lewd as fuck. There is, however, some romance in YRYR.
Nothing gay here guys! I swear!
She's a side character no matter how you look at it.
Does it have to be romantic to be gay? I'm having trouble following your criteria. YrYr has two characters who have a primary shtick of having uncontrollable girl-on-girl fantasies.
Anything they have done, YrYr has also done, but it has more, and its pretty much always on.
>also Chinatsu wanting to go to the church with Yui this episode
It's not as spread out as it is in say, YYS, at least as of the most recent season. It's a lot more concentrated where more scenes have yuri implications than those that are just straight comedy and have no implications.
Hima and Saku haven't appeared in a wedding dress, and China wants to, but I bet Yui didn't offer to make the wedding dress for her like Shino did to Alice.
It depends on the point of view, I hardly find any other point for Kinmoza to exists too. YYS is definitely not lighter in the tones, but it focus on random talk most of the time.
Yes. Two close friends doing close friend things are often taken out of context, whether it's two boys, or two girls, or one of each. This series is built upon teasing because a lot of times it isn't.
Not a wedding dress, they did fill out a form though.
Although KinMoza was supposed to be gayer but got toned down for whatever reason
>Now that the work is all over, I can say this openly, but when I was working on Locodol, writing some parts of it helped me release the frustration pent-up from Kiniro Mosaic. Writing Kiniro Mosaic, I could only use the purest parts of myself lest I defile the beauty of the work, and it wasn’t easy. So when the time came to work on Locodol, only the dirty me was left.
Well, nothing in YYS is romantic in the slightest. At least YrYr has legitimate crushes. Even if you somehow weasel out of calling Ayano's feelings for Kyouko a crush, I think you'd have a hard time doing the same for Chinatsu's crush on Yui. So I think if that's your criteria, you'd have to admit YrYr is gayer than YYS.
>Although KinMoza was supposed to be gayer but got toned down for whatever reason
Probably because she wanted to stick to the manga, the manga isn't dirty at all, just pure gay as she describes. It's evident she did release her dirty mind on Locodol, though.
They're gay, but they're not that gay in the gay scale.
Quantity doesn't mean is of higher quality. Also, all? I haven't seen a jealous possesive girl like Alice on YrYr yet or someone with innuendos as lewd as Yuzuko.
Except that he isn't me, and I think YYS is gayer because of how blatantly everyone wants to fuck Yui. Even if isn't romantic, gay sex is gay.
Chinatsu is like a toned down version of both of them. Call me when Chinatsu tells the teacher to stop speaking too much with Yui because she doesn't like it or when Chinatsu talks about tasting Yui's little bean.
>Call me when Chinatsu tells the teacher to stop speaking too much with Yui because she doesn't like it or when Chinatsu talks about tasting Yui's little bean
But she already did
This episode was direly lacking something.
I wonder what it was.
It was so SATISFYING to watch a real date episode after two entire seasons of vagooteasing/vagooblocking between these two
I can't contain my giddy
We know that China wants to do "this and that" with Yui and got jealous about the others spending time with Yui when they were younger.
And it keeps coming back to the bean line which was really an outlier in YYS. There wasn't a lot of lewd lesbian innuendo on that level even throughout the rest of the show.
She wasn't that jealous, it wasn't even the focus of the scene.
And I keep using that example because it's the most famous, but there is some other ones too.
I think the main difference is that in Yuyushiki they're just joking around, while the Yurus all seriously want to fuck at least one other Yuru.
Really doubt Yukari is joking. Or Kei, or Aikawa. The only one joking most of the time is Yuzu.
My brother from a different mother. They're both the protagonists, both cute, and both best girls. I personally can't wait for the chapter where Akari pretends to hate Kyouko.
Is this undoubtedly the best episode? I cried, /a/.
Based lesbo Aoi Yuuki.
I'm sorry I can't be bothered to shitpost at 7 AM.
I want to fondle Sakurako's chest from behind, and her behind from the front.
yup. unfortunately for her she ended up liking a yui archetype character who is oblivious to that sort of attention, so she never gets the kind of help kyoko gave ayano in advancing their relationship.
Natsume was also competing with perfect wife material in Hiro. She was just not really given much of a fighting chance.
>Yuyushiki doesn't has much yuri
Dude. They talk about eating each other out, that's full main text yuri right there. I was half expecting them to get into the closet and fuck like the gays in Kanamemo. Ah, good times.
This ep was pure organic brown sugar, the sweetest and fluffiest yet. And best of all, Akari gets her revenge. And I can't even imagine the upcoming interaction between drool-chan and sour-loli; it's going to be great, nevertheless. Akari sounds kind of erotic when doing her "cool Yui" impression.
One thing that gets me, though:
>If you see this, you'll only have as many regrets as there are stars.
I'm guessing this is a literal translation of something poetic/romantic/meaningful. Or they just wanted to meet our demand in a hurry.
BASED TYO, BEST STUDIO. I'd like to order 3 more season please.
So you're someplace with a balcony or whatever about two to four meters overhead, you hear kids playing above you, kind of loud but that's to be expected. You're just messing around on your phone or some other reason you just so happen to be standing under a balcony with loud kids at play, when suddenly they get silent, then very loud and sounding scared. You look up, and look out below, falling teenage girl!
You have to run to get to where she's falling, but just in time you catch her, but then you lose your balance! You somehow do some mid-air ninja torso twist and land on your back and crack your head on the ground. A moment later you come to your senses and you're holding a shivering, panting little girl in your arms. You let go and she just kind of lays there, motionless, probably still in shock, and you don't want to move for fear that she's been hurt. You say nothing because you're too weirded-out and aspie to speak up.
She slowly sits up, still on you, and then you hear the pattering of approaching feet and shoutings of "SEMPAI! SEMPAI!!" and the one with pigtails not-so-gently tackles the girl sitting on your chest, "SEMPAI!! I'M SO GLAD YOU'RE SAFE SEMPAI!!" She just kind of laughs and says she's okay all cool-like. A blonde one is just staring, worried and looking guilty. When the falling girl finally, shakily stands after fighting off the shrill-voiced girl in pigtails, you watch for a few moments because this is an odd situation and you're not sure what to do. The falling girl is telling the blond that it's okay, it's not her fault.
You suddenly realize you're a male on the ground looking up at teenage girls wearing skirts and you stand up and turn to walk away. "HEY! HEY YOU!" as you've walked a couple steps. You turn back and see the blond one and her two friends (wait, there are four in all, where'd she come from?) staring, and the blond points and shouts, "You rescued the princess and you're just going to walk away?!"
What do you do?
More nekos for my neko folder.
Also this episode was disappointing as fuck. Finally get AkaChina date, spoil it by filling it full of Kyouko. Whatever. See you guys again whenever Bakkin starts translating things again.
Why is Toshinou Kyouko so great? She saved the entire episode
Kyouko works in mysterious ways anon
Sexy Yui get.
I want to watch a OVA or four of Nadeshiko and her entourage.
>AyaKyoufags this delusional
And I want you to fuck off anon!
Threadly reminder to become a better person for Akane
This makes me wonder, what would happen if a wordfiltered word got wordfiltered? For example a filters to b, but b filters to c. Or even worse, a filters to b and b filters to a! Would 4chan rip the time-space continuum apart?
The problem isn't that the show has gotten more gay, it's just that the gay shit isn't played for laughs as much as before, or maybe the jokes are less absurd.
I can't even remember a single fantasy/daydream sequence, and without shit like that it's now just girls blushing.
I couldn't figure out whether the "two fingers at once???" line referred to anything lewder than the already suspicious finger-licking, or I was just being a hopeless pervert.
4chan's filter is probably only applied a single time all at once.
>Calling main protagonist a side character
the serious answer depends on exactly how the server parses the text
but the most likely case is it would just filter once. So even filtering the filter word won't change it a second time.
I think you mean harem, Anon-chan.
The life of the alpha-lesbian is a difficult one.
It kind of feels like YRYR is moving more of a warm-feelings "yuri yuri" show this time around as opposed to comedy-with-yuri. There's less bullying and the slapstick is kinda toned down.
I'm not going to argue that Yuru Yuri is losing its identity or anything but it's really not what I associate the series with, which is overblown slapstick as opposed to sweet yuri.
Of course not, she is purest pureness. I'm just wondering if Akazas lose the ability to open their eyes as they enter adulthood. It is perhaps linked to their sexual awakening, as we saw with Akari this episode.
You can repeat the same joke only so many times before it becomes stale, so I welcome this change of tone. The manga also feels somewhat different as time passes, which is good because that means Namori is willing to try new things instead of slowly running out of ideas.
She is the nee-san, she has always had closed eyes
It didn't take long for her to realize how much she loved her imouto.
Onee-chans can't love imoutos though.
