Nyaa is useless for anything other than airing shows and SOME music, LNs, and manga.

Baka is decent seeders but only on the most obvious of series/movies.

AB has everything and usually twice the seeders, which matters regardless of your internet speed. I'm not really into downloading a 50GB file with only 20 seeders, then playing the game of downloading 5 episodes at a time. AB is just way more convenient.
