They don't do a chapter in just a few days and no manga author writes the chapter for the actual week, they are already drawing the 4th or 5th chapter in advance.
To make it understandable for a retard like you here an example: we and the nips got chapter 65 today, that means Horikoshi is already working on chapter 69 or 70 and the Viz translator should have gotten chapter 66 last friday.

This is the NAME for the Izuku VS Todoroki fight in Vol. 5 (No.39). Compared to the tankobon you will realize there are some subtle differences in the distribution of panels. (Some changes to the middle left part)

It's not unusual. Authors without popular series always get bullied by editors. Shanks only lost his arm in the first chapter of One Piece because an editor told Oda the chapter was boring, and we know that early Bleach was due to an editor retooling Kubo's original concept.

This is one of those rare times I'm glad about an editor's suggestion. I had the English volume 1 of BnHA for a little while, but the RIDICULOUSLY MASSIVE image sizes were too much (in a .zip, I think it was about 230mb).
