Probably, but it doesn't matter anyways. The lance may not have the effect of always piercing the heart regardless of the circumstances, but it still is auto-aimed and will produce an explosion with a big radius, making it really hard to dodge anyways.
Archer did the right thing trying to block it. The other possible courses of action involve using NPs with conceptual powers like God Hand, making Cu stop the attack himself or maybe using a Noble Phantasm with superior raw power like Excalibur or Ea.

If you mean Counter Guardian Archer, sure, no problem.
If you mean something like "serious Archer", an Archer that is willing to do anything it takes to kill Berserker including aiming for Illya, then he can, but it will probably not always be a sure victory.
One small mistake in any of the 12 different attacks he has to succesfully land to kill Herc and he can end up sliced in half, but at least he can perform 12 different A rank attacks, other servants like Rider or Caster can maybe get one to three kills before Berserker's resistance to repeated attacks goes to the roof.

It was an unstoppable force meets immovable object sort of situation.

Despite what his stats say, Archer is an endurance beast. Look at all that shit he pulled in UBW without even having master support. Also, K&B already give a passive boost to his endurance, and EotM greatly increases his chances of pulling off miraculous comebacks, so endurance is not a big concern.
If Archer dies against Berserker is probably because he fucks up one of his rolls
and gets OHKO'd by a big ass swing of Herc's sword, not because accumulated damage.
Anyways, there's always the chance of using Gil's cheap strategy and aiming for Illya, or using A rank attacks instead of A rank BPs to save prana (we know he used Overedge, for example), or using NPs that take multiple lives in one hit, or even projecting one of the degraded NPs similar to Excalibur or Ea that he has (getting a double KO maybe).
