You clearly didn't try to see what the author wanted to do here. The reset was obvious because Tomoki's way of life is "I want everything to be the same as usual".

Meanwhile, we got badass moments and characters that wouldn't have opened themselves if they didn't die once. Like the harpies and Minos understanding them.
Sugata explained his "sin" too, which would clearly not have hapenned in any other circunstances. Same for Ikaros's love declaration.

There is frankly nothing badly done in this last arc. Feels of sadness and hapiness, can't ask for more.

I binged read all of this in one long ass sitting and I could say I am fucking hyped for the anime.

The final battle was great in how it included almost everyone from past volumes so doing a binge read was actually the best thing to do.

I'll admit it started to get a bit boring around the time with the comb (15ish)but boy did it pick up.

I have no desire to ever read that again, but from what I remember it was one of those "I like guy but won't say anything to him" situations. Then when some other girl shows interest in him, she does end up going after him, but she's so driven by her jealousy that it's hard for people to be sympathetic. I liked her more than the girl that "won" but they all deserved to end up alone, forever.

No, Karin ended pretty well for the characters. They admit they love each other, MC still has to inherit his family's business, but Karin makes plans to start working at a hospital near him once she graduates.

A lot of people rightfully took issue with how abrupt the ending was, but at least they didn't leave everything unresolved or go for some ninety-degree-turn into angst at the last minute.
