Also Yuki Yuna Thread
I want to yuuna Yuuna's yuunas.
I want to tougou Tougou's tougous.
All Yuushas are the cutest, but Itsuki is the cutestest.
It's cute the way Itsuki's mankai ring spins one way when the strings are extending and then the other way when the strings are tightening.
She's like an itski bitsky spider.
I don't want to be spooned but I understand that Pony Canyon is this publishing company that's actually publishing Yuyuyu in North America.
Am I correct in thinking this is a good thing? I don't believe I understand all the implications of this happening. Aniplex does this too right?
I hope S2 gives us more material for Yuusha Ops: The Line pics
Pony Canyon is the media distributor in charge of YuYuYu in Japan too. They're only now coming into the North American market, and YuYuYu and Denki-gai are their flagship titles.
Yeah I heard about Denki-gai. I checked it out the other day and it's pretty good.
So they're publishing those shows, and others like Etotama within both Japan and North America, then? I mean I'm supposed to hope this venture works out right? It looks like they're trying to cut out the middlemen with regards to publishing.
Yeah, I wouldn't get your hopes up though. They are by far not the first Japanese publishing company to attempt to gain a direct foothold in the North American market. All the others before them have pretty much failed miserably. Things just work too differently here from Japan.
>not the first
Oh, that's the first I heard about that. That's kinda depressing, but I see what you're talking about.
I can see what you're talking about though.Like the Yuyuyu dvds on Rightstuf are nigh-prohibitively expensive by American standards, and I don't think people here care as much for the goodies that normally come with Blu rays. Come to think of it I don't think anyone I know would bother buying a dvd of a show they liked. They'd just download it and watch it somewhere.
I guess the problem with selling discs here is that it assumes people would bother buying them.
This, while Japanese otaku are perfectly willing to spend around a hundred bucks or so for a couple of episodes, that market doesn't really exist in America. Aniplex only really survives because it got its foot in the door early,
Every time I see this one I think 'Hey, Bismarck and Prinz!' and then "oh wait a minute".
Actually someone should draw Fuu and Itsuki as Bismarck and Prinz Eugen. It would be cute.
Itsuki what are you doing that's not how you eat popsicle
Miracles of the universe can eat popsicles however they want.
You know, everything with Sonoko didn't seem nearly this creepy or painful when I first watched this. Rewatching it with WaSuYu under my belt really changes everything. And knowing the details already so I can concentrate instead on the ambiance really makes a world of difference.
>that pause Sonoko has when Tougou says she doesn't recognize her
Taisha probably didn't even tell her about the memory loss. How heartbreaking that must have been. ;_;
No she knew about the memory loss, she had been in Togo's dreams before this.
Its just that coming face to face with it in real life made her stumble.
Also its kind of hard to admit that you have been trespassing in other peoples dreams when you haven't been introduced yet.
>25 Inori no Uta
I can feel the healing. This track is beautiful.
oh, looks like I lost the translated version.
But assertive Itsuki is hot.
Wait till she learns to control it. Once she can switch between cute little girl mode and Goddess at will she will be unstoppable.
People do buy discs here. Cancelled shows have been brought back because of dvd sales before.
But a huge percentage of western anime fans don't. For every 1 weeb who "supports" the industry, there are 50 pirates.
So. If we turn on the first episode of season 2 and see this, what would happen?
Death knell of the series or Greatest Anime of All Time?
Would be terrible writing but I wouldn't hate it.
>Gin can be a bride
>Gin can be a mother

I just might do it for best girls.
>original Yuusha System
No powerups, no fairies, high risk of death but also no sange.
>revised Yuusha System
Mankai, expandable fairy slot, immortal, but also sange (which when combined with immortality can be an awful thing).
>post-Yuuna Yuusha System
(Less) mankai powerups, no fairies, death is possible but no sange. What's the catch? There has to be a catch.
She didn't have sange. Her only sacrifice was her life itself.
She can come back due to rinne (samsara-the circle of reincarnation) but she has to come back by being reborn as someones child.
According to Sonoko After, Shinju cant control that-apparently he contains none of the gods of the underworld/death. They all are apparently on Amaterasu's side.
Death is the catch.
Also the unexplained "seed" thing.
The original Yuusha- or at least Yuuna- could be the next God-Tree themselves.
This could still cause separation from each other. Which they seem to fear more than death.
She'd be more likely to be haunting her old terminal and giving Karin a hard time.
Given the way she died and how pure she was in life, Gin could easily have become a Deva or Asura or even a Bhoddisatva.
If Yuuna or any of the other Yusha are on a trajectory to become gods, contact with Gin becomes possible. She would have become a saint looking over the Yuusha.
Staring intensely at the wall, as if to make sure no enemy would attempt to come back, her crimson outfit, now painted bright red with her own blood, the girl stood still.
not before the studio finishes all the shows they are contracted for already.
They have a project every season this year.

Taisha is the worst.
Plus, she got incapacitated twice which led to her companions being forced into these really unfavorable solo matchups. The WaSuYu team was too small.
Is this from the Vita game? And how did it happen? The fact that she's revered as a demigod allowed her to connect with Tougou's latent miko powers? Or was it just Sonoko-sama doing what Sonoko-sama wants?
Yes its from the Vita game
One of Sonoko's 21 fairies is a Baku, a Japanese spirit that enters peoples dreams and eats them. With it Sonoko can enter people's dreams and insert scenarios and then erase them, leaving the dreamer with only a sense of the emotion that they felt during the dream. Sonoko uses it to run simulations of how to fight the vertex. Then when she finds out who the new Yuusha are, she goes into their dreams and tests them to see if they are good enough to fight the vertex and stardust all at once in a decisive battle. All of the battles in the game and most of the SoL scenes are Sonoko placing different groupings of the girls in different situations to see how they react, how attached to each other they are, how much they care for each other.
Apparently this is the real reason her phone was taken away. She tried to tell the Taisha what she did and the results of her experiments to convince them to change how they were using the Yuusha and they became terrified and took it away. In doing so they pissed off Shinju as he is the one who gave that power to Sonoko and the Taisha are just the delivery boys. He then helped Sonoko get in contact with Togo and Yuuna and the rest goes as in the anime
A large part of the problems in the story were the adult members of the Taisha not being able to control their emotions and imposing their own decisions based on those emotions over Shinju's instructions. They kept the second group of heros at arms length, only communicating by text msg, because they feared their people becoming emotionally attached the girls and also that they would give away the secret as to what was beyond the barrier. They were afraid of Sonoko's belief in fighting a single decisive battle that if won would allow the yuusha time to demobilize and replacement yuusha to be found because there was still a good chance they might lose. They also disliked being lectured by a 14yo girl when they were adults and mostly male. But going against one of the Yuusha was going against what the Taisha were created for, to be the arms and legs that Shinju had given up in order to physically become the vessel that they are living in. They had no business interfering in communication between Shinju and the Yuusha or amongst the Yuusha themselves. So when Fuu and Togou turned against them Shinju stood by and let it happen when he could have just taken their power away[/spoiler]
One of the ironies of this show is that the girls, being still school girls and used to following instructions from adults, did not realize that their power comes from Shinju and Shinju alone. He is their only boss. The only one who might have realized it before ep 12 was Sonoko. But even she, because of her handicap, realized that she couldn't just boss the Taisha around, they had to cooperate, the Taisha can sit down and go on strike just as easily as the Yuusha could.
Seeing her fighting without fairys would be already enough for me. Be it Prequel or Sequel.
I want to see some YuYuYu Fusions
Imagine KarinFuu with unlimited BFS works Also Yuunas VividAss
I would say "wait for the hypothetical WaSuYu prequel OVA", but even then, it's unlikely that we'd see the fairies there. The fairies didn't appear immediately upon sange, after all.
Well, I guess we could see them in the epilogue installing Sonoko-sama into her huge bed surrounded by her menagerie of fairies.
... also her Mankai is pretty awesome.
Once again, a large flower blossomed over the Seto Great bridge.
[Wa~. My spear feels so much stronger!]
The number of floating blades on the spear's tip increased.
[Ooo~ Look at this, I can easily manipulate each one of the blades too~]
Opposite to Sumi's raw power up, it much more fit the swift and agile Sonoko.
and also got her offerings back.
I am so happy that we gonna see her in S2.
Can't wait for After Sonoko After in the second VN.
She had her Baku though. She could use it on herself. Scenes in the Vita game, like when the go see the Christmas tree at Ines, are Sonoko using the Baku on herself.
The amazing thing is that she didn't just crawl into that dream and not come out.
Ayyy lmao $70. And I got it one size too small. Fuck. It fits, but a bit tight.
Its a spear. But the traditional kind of spear used in Japan is a little unusual in that its designed for cutting as well as thrusting. The spear head is in the shape of a short double-edged sword. Sonoko's magically enhanced version has multiple floating blades that surround and parallel the fixed blade. They can spin around the main one and act like a hole cutting saw, or they can be launched like Karin can launch her swords.
So she can stab, and also hack like Fuu's greatsword, and also throw projectiles like Karin's endless supply of Kodachi.
And I just realized that there is a real shortage of armed Sonoko art out there.
Because she's a Yuusha, and she still had a world to save.
On the other hand, sharing designers for the Japanese and English releases means we don't get garbage like this.
>failing a SAN check
Reminder that Tougou was the only one to fail her SAN check when faced with the outside world
Yuuna didn't fail her SAN check when it came to the outside world though, only when she realized that fighting the Vertex would mean hurting Tougou and when she felt guilty that she couldn't reach out to Tougou before she decided to end this wretched world
Fuu also failed her SAN check when she realized that she had inadvertently crushed Itsuki's dreams and doomed her and her friends to a horrible fate; that combined with her anger at the Taisha for deceiving them caused her to go full Mama Bear mode and go berserk.
Karin and Itsuki didn't fail their SAN checks at all, even though Itsuki got the rawest deal from Episode 5 and Karin went through her awesome fight.
How did Togo fail her SAN check? Sonoko told her exactly what she would find there. The only shock was the part of her who still didn't want to believe and who still had hope dying when she saw that Sonoko was right.
I think that what hurt Fuu the most was all of the throat care books and sites showing her that Itsuki's Sange had affected her a lot more than she let on, yet had constantly kept up a strong front probably so as not to be a burden to her older sister.
Yuuna almost got what was left of humanity wiped out. Granted she was only following her nature. But it was the wrong thing at this time. And she did finally kill the Leo which delivered the powerup Shinjuu needed as well as elevating herself to something near god status. Put if she hadn't had her emotional breakdown and had stopped Togo before she blew up the wall- they and everyone else would have been dead in a few months. A year tops

In this situation, it'd be "loving Sonoko". Even if she didn't remember, Tougou only wore that hat and learned magic trick because Sonoko told her to do so.

T: Excuse me, lady.
T: If you don't mind, want to share this with me?
Y: Well then, I'll accept your kind offer, Princess~!
T: Geez, Yuuna-chan.
Yuuna probably doesn't think about Tougou as a girlfriend because she thinks that a great beauty like Tougou could get literally any boy she wanted, being too dense to realize that Tougou only has eyes for her.
They're going to have to retake more of the planet in order to power all of the new systems, so there's more risk of spreading themselves too thin and getting humanity destroyed.
Also, all of the usual expected problems with breaking the masquerade and telling everyone that the gods want everyone dead and that they all need to risk their lives in all-out total war. I wouldn't be surprised if at least some of their problems stem from other humans this time around, like a new girl who resents the system or the Taisha or something and comes into conflict with Yuuna and friends.

Meanwhile, we here on /a/ will bitch and moan about the new kids while recounting the courage and heroics of The Greatest Generation.
Would the Heroes be tasked to put down an insurrection against the Taisha?
>Taisha shoot unarmed Kent State protesters
In all seriousness, I really don't feel like this series would really go that deep in social upheaval. It's more likely to be Band of Yuushas than any sort of civil war. There can be plenty of drama in being a band of conquistadors carrying on a holy mission with full knowledge of their infinite enemies and the risks that await them.
Could imagine some public unrest if either the new or old heroes screwed up and allowed vertex to hurt people by damaging the roots or whatever. Was waiting for something like that to happen all throughout s1, and the public would have someone to blame instead of random misfortune now.
Nogi Sonoko: Due to her failure, the innocent aid workers Mr. and Mrs. Inubouzaki lost their lives. Was this an unavoidable accident or a sign of careless incompetence? Who are the Taisha, what are they doing, and what are their goals? And is there something more sinister at play - tonight, we bring you a report on the shadowy families that are the true power behind the Taisha. See how they are manipulating your daughters and your faith for their own profit!

Yeah, Tougou mentioned that she was quite put off at first but started to get used to it in the VN.

>Pony Canyon is the media distributor in charge of YuYuYu in Japan too. They're only now coming into the North American market, and YuYuYu and Denki-gai are their flagship titles.
But they're completely fucking it up here. They're trying to push the Japanese business model on US fans that exists in Japan. $90 for a combo pack that has only a few episodes? Fuck them. Gimme a $25 DVD only complete set. Pony Canyon can go suck a bag of grenades.
>They're trying to push the Japanese business model on US fans that exists in Japan
The US release is actually only 2/3 the price of the Japanese releases. And they're identical in quality except for a few of the bonuses like the VN and the Vertex core cases.
They can't sell a box set yet because they sold the first US volume (JP vol 1+2) before they even sold the fifth JP volume. And the US version includes even a dub.
Compare this to Aniplex's release of Rebellion, where the Japanese release and the US release cost about the same (JP = ￥ 10,350 = $87; US = $79.98). The US packaging is half-assed compared to the Japanese release, and there was a whole year between their release.
Pony Canyon USA could be doing much worse.
There is no basis for this, but I like to imagine that Yuuna met Gin at the gates of Yuusha Valhalla, and she shooed her away and told her that it's not her time yet with a big grin on her face.
>that one anon's art
>the sisters covering each others' eyes

This Gyuuki needs to be in the show.
Also this hoodie needs to become a thing.
Why do the fans have better merchandising ideas than the staff do?
They go to Togo's on New Years Eve. Togo hands out hot mirin, which she specificly points out is not alcoholic. Then everyone BUT Karin gets drunk.
Togo starts singing old Japanese songs with dark themes.
Fuu starts doing character poses, telling jokes and laughing silly.
Itsuki starts crying.
Yuuna starts pestering Karin, touching her all over, trying to get Karin to feel her abs and then punch her in the stomach.
And then at the stroke of midnight, they all instantly stop, become completely formal and wish each other a happy new year.
Karin is huddled in a corner freeking out, starts asking them what happened and why they are normal now. They all act as if nothing happened and when Karin tries to explain they act as if she is drunk.
Next school day, Karin is famous as the girl who got drunk on non-alcoholic mirin on New Years.
Yes its mostly what if scenes where Sonoko places different parings of the girls in various situations to find out their true feelings for each other.
After each dream the Baku eats the dream, erasing it, leaving the dreamer with only the emotions they felt during the dream.
The episodes with the WaSuYu cast though are probably Sonoko using the Baku on herself. Its the reason she was given it, Shinju's compensation for her being completely paralyzed. Sonoko's unique use of the Baku's powers were something Shinju did not anticipate, that she would use it to wargame fighting the vertexes and to test the new Yuusha were not anticipated, but seemed to please Shinju greately.
Poor Karin, that's pretty mean.
Sasuga Sonoko, our lord and saviour.
When you consider Karin's existing fondness for pills and suppliments, the idea of her turning to chemicals for fun and happiness is a little scary.
The New Years event probably scared her out of that. Probably.
>Why do the fans have better merchandising ideas than the staff do?
Joke on you, that pic came from Minato Soft's official staffs page.

I'll always admire the audacity that you have to have to charge these kinds of prices for cafe goods.
The consumer side in me is incredulous, but the happy merchant inside just makes me wish I had done it first. The obvious way to justify exorbitant markups is of course to create cute girl mascots!
>Tougou's Botamochi ~With Karin's Nibosshi on top~
I don't think that works, but I'd try it anyways
It's literally BotaNibo which is how TougouxKarin is called in Japan. The staffs are doing this on purpose.
Yes, there're some fanfics about that ship out there, and the word BotaNibo also got mentioned from time to time. I doubt there're anyone ships them seriously, though.
>there're some fanfics about that ship out there
Forgot to mention, most of them are just one-side love from Karin.
It's probably because Karin acts strangely kind towards Tougou. She often pick fight with or trash talk Fuu/Yuuna yet always back off before Tougou and doesn't even fight back even if the later's bullying her. Itsuki doesn't count in this case because she's everyone's imouto.
> She often pick fight with or trash talk Fuu/Yuuna yet always back off before Tougou
Isn't that indicative of the opposite conclusion, though? Karin's the sort of girl who shows she cares by squabbling with the people closest to her. There's also the fact that Tougou's simply not really the kind of character to speak before she thinks and get swept up in a silly argument like Yuuna and Fuu do.
>Karin's the sort of girl who shows she cares by squabbling with the people closest to her.
Nah, it's depended on who she's dealing with. Karin definitely cares for Itsuki and you don't see her ever got angry at her.
As shown in episode 11 and Sonoko After, Karin puts Tougou before herself. Couples that with the fact that she can't and doesn't even attempt to win against Tougou in anything (except for the breast department), that's enough material for a minor ship to sail.
She's cares for all of them, but she's not especially close to Itsuki or Tougou like she is with Fuu due to their similar situations and Yuuna due to her being Yuuna. Her main concern in episode 11 was doing right by Yuuna, and acknowledging that Tougou is always going to be the one closest by Yuuna's side.
In Sonoko After, it's said that even when Karin was still blind and deaf, she kept worrying and asking if Tougou was okay. Anyway, like I said above, a minor (or crack if you want) ship like this one just need that much reasons to be, it doesn't need to really makes sense.
>Tougou's Botamochi ~With Karin's Nibosshi on top~
>even when Karin was still blind and deaf, she kept worrying and asking if Tougou was okay
I hope Tougou felt terrible the entire time about this. Karin's (thankfully only temporary) disabilities were completely her fault.
I'm sure Karin learned to stop asking about Yuuna and the rest learned to stop informing her about Yuuna's lack of rehabilitation pretty quickly. ;_;
I still can't imagine being Fuu or Tougou after the final battle. The amount of guilt that must have weighed on them before the recovery must have been backbreakingly immense.
>Not even death is a release from the Hell the outside of Shinju has become.
Don't say that, anon. Think of Gin's soul. Don't tell me she is doomed to be surrounded by enemies for all eternity. ;_;
>everything going badly until one day, all the Vertex and Stardust are done and the outside world is fixed
>Gin's soul comes back somehow and goes "Don't worry guys, I took care of it" and gives a smarmy grin before fucking back off to the afterlife
10/10 asspull, would fully enjoy.
No she is most likely on the wheel waiting for her next life.
Given the way she lived her life and the manner of her death, there is an outside chance that she became a Deva or a Boddhisatva, in which case she is watching over the others and helping them.
Though Togo, being a miko, might be able to see her if that's the case.
If she has become a Boddhisatva, then she is the same as Madoka, waiting to be assured that humanity is safe and to see the girls one more time before she attains Nirvana and ceases to exist.
Also consider that the foremost Shindo god of the dead is Susano-o. And he is the personification of "chaotic neutral". If he takes a liking to the girls, and he is fond of both girls and cheeky heros, he will switch sides.
Fuu still had it easy. Tougou had to also deal with the side-effect of her memories coming back.
>Reliving through Gin's death all over again
>All that guilt from failing to protect Sonoko
>All that guilt from forgeting Sonoko and Gin
>Meanwhile, Yuuna is a vegetable
I don't know how many days passed from the end of the battle to her waking up that morning being able to move. But I don't think she left that bed much. If she did at all it was to go see Yuuna.
Or maybe Sonoko.
By the way. Togo was the only one who kept the 4th tenant of the Hero club. When troubled she went and talked to someone. She did. She went to Sonoko. The tenant never stated it had to be someone from the club.
If all of what Gin's done and achieved could justifie her as a legend in Shinju's eyes, then there's a chance that she could come back as a fairy like Yoshiteru. But for that to happen, someone'd need to reinstall the fairy function to their phone which mind or mind not also include Sange.
>Fairy Gin's a chibi youkai version of her hero version.
>Can only say some random words like "Oppai", "Soyu Gelato".
Not sure if want. It'd be cute but it's not gonna be the same Gin that we know and love.
It's not like the fairies aren't going to pop up again as powerups when all looks lost. No idea if that would involve Sange; maybe they'd have to accept it again after they save everyone, either permanently or until Shinju-sama sacrifices itself for humanity and doesn't need it any more.
To be fair, all Fuu really did was have a freakout and that was dealt with in Episodes 9 and 11. Tougou deliberately tried to destroy the world and kill all of her friends, and her actions were directly responsible for Yuuna's coma.
Even though everybody forgave her it probably took a while for the other girls to trust Tougou again; there was probably an atmosphere of "yeah we know you screwed up big time, but now we just have to deal with it." The Taisha were probably just too scared of taking any action against Tougou.
>Even though everybody forgave her it probably took a while for the other girls to trust Tougou again; there was probably an atmosphere of "yeah we know you screwed up big time, but now we just have to deal with it."
I don't think it's really that kind of series.
Shinju would probably already have returned her if he could. She is no longer where his powers can reach.
I don't know why they have not shown the girls visiting her grave or that of the Inubozaki's yet.
Once the Taisha make public her story though her grave site is going to become a national shrine.
They've obviously moved beyond that by the time of Sonoko After, but when one of your friends had a complete mental breakdown and tried to destroy the world (and came extremely close to succeeding), you'll probably be a bit skittish around her for a while.
Or, on the other hand, I could imagine Tougou trying to avoid the others for a while, thinking that she wasn't worthy of still being their friend, although I can imagine that Fuu would've cleared that up quickly.
Which is exactly what Sonoko wanted her to do. And apparently Shinju was ok with this too or he would have turned her powers off. Instead she was allowed to transform while Yuuna was blocked from trying to stop her with "no you are too unstable right now".
As a few other anons have said, it's likely that the Shinju didn't interfere with Tougou and Sonoko because it was displeased with the Taisha for overstepping their boundaries and trying to control the Heroes. And it was stated in Episode 1 that in order to transform you needed to show your will to fight; Tougou had a will to transform and destroy the Shinju, and in Fuu's berserk state she had a clear will to destroy the Taisha. Yuuna was internally conflicted because she wanted to both protect Tougou and defeat the Vertex, and she couldn't reconcile those until Karin's talk with her.
It would be easy enough for Fuu to relapse. Being the team leader and watching your squadmates be:
>mute + unspecified disability (bonus emotional trauma points for imouto)
>deaf in one ear + unspecified disability
>deaf + blind + paraplegic + unspecified disability
>completely comatose and unresponsive
That would take a toll on anyone when as far as you knew, there was no getting better from these disabilities. In fact, it would feel really bizarre if she didn't despair.
>I don't know why they have not shown the girls visiting her grave or that of the Inubozaki's yet.
No time and budget, obviously. It'd need 1 or 2 whole long LN chapters to properly show how Wasshi reunited with Sonocchi and Gin.
They taisha were afraid to take action against Togo and Sonoko because the whole event had been their fault for interfering in the communication between Shinju, Sonoko, and the other Taisha. So action was taken without them. They just got a warning not to put themselves above Shinju or the Yuusha.
It was all much more dangerous than it had to be because of their interference.
This. Tougou feels bad because of what she did, but Fuu feels bad because keeping everyone safe and sane was her responsibility as their leader and the one who got them involved in the first place. Even as she knows that what Tougou did was a mistake, she could easily start feeling that allowing Tougou get driven that into despair far was her own failure.
Now that she's got her memories back, Tougou better starts developing her Miko ability. If she could somehow create a proper, clear conversation with Shinju then a lot of shit would be solved and improved without much drama.
>starts undergoing training to develop her miko powers
>one night, finally receives her first divine message
>"Tougou-san looked so pretty today, I really want to... Wait, no, what am I thinking!?"
>Turns out that she's actually now the miko of a... different god
Most of what we are discussing isn't even in the anime! Its in WaSuYu, the VN, the Vita game and Sonoko After.
Having a great story and no budget sucks. They had more than enough material here for a 24 episode season, and they were only able to put 12 of it on screen and even what the put on screen really needed a 13th episode.
The week before Christmas was simultaneously amazing and horrifying, we were all convinced of a bad end.
That is so cute. And even better it may actually happen.
It was already hinted in the last episode that Togo was able to communicate in the other direction while Yuuna was in the vegetative state. She just for whatever reason couldn't pick up the response. Or she was and couldn't interpret it correctly. Maybe she still hadn't remembered she had been a Miko till Sonoko mentioned it, which was after Yuno had awakend. Because she wasn't aware maybe she simply wasn't listening?
There's also a fair amount of fanwank and pure speculation, which is fine, I guess so long as we don't get at each other's throats about it.
>not believing in the heroics of Yuuki Yuuna
I remember the week before Christmas best as Miyoshi Karin Appreciation Week.
I'll never forget the last week, the stream rewatch and the finale. Best freaking /a/ related experience for me personally.
I actually watched it as it aired the entire time, but I wasn't on /a/ and I sort of wish I had been now.
ngl, a lot of /a/ is pretty creepy and it took me a while to find threads worth sticking around for. Here's hoping there'll be another season?
Sales dropped somewhat as the BD volumes went on, but it's still very successful, I do think we have a realistic chance of seeing an S2. I'm expecting the announcement after the last volume. If still nothing, then I'll just treasure the memory. There's always the Christmas rewatch.
S2 is almost confirmed, not only is Sonoko After huge sequel bait but Takahiro teased a big announcement after BD6 is released. There's also the fact that apparently 6k is the S2 number for Ponycan, with YuYuYu being Gokumi's bestselling series ever (an original at that). Also apparently the YuYuYu panel at Sakura-con basically confirmed that they want to do more YuYuYu
>one week straight in a mix of bullying and despair for Karin-chan
Is that you Yuuna?
You know which Yuusha would love Kyouko?
Sonoko. Sonoko is completely opposite of Kyouko yet they share the same weapon. Sonoko would adore taming Kyouko while being led on adventures by her.
