A villain who literally doesn't care if he wins or loses, but merely enjoys the "thrill of conflict" and never loses his cool even when faced with endless defeat.
Really, can't think of any such character in any medium.
The day this truly happens will be the greatest day of my life up to that point.
Female characters as fun, cool, and out spoken as Ryoko.
Mentioning the war.
Takahata mentioned it once but I think he got away with it all right.
And we will never see a better dub than Kuwabara.
Very not likely, isn't she completely done with voice acting in general?
There is another confirmed Tenchi being worked on?
Or a character who just flips shit after some female alien or strange girl destroys his house or puts his life in danger for the 100th time
or even the first, and tells her to get the fuck out.
You should specify shonen, because there are a lot of shoujos with characters with girlfriends or boyfriends
She did return for that "Did you know anime?" special on Tenchi. It's just not the same without her, she WAS Ryoko. Mona just doesn't work for sexy girls.
And pretty sure the newer episodes of Ryo-ohki were two OVAs.
Goddamn, that dub was fucking superb. Every time I read Part 4 I always imagine Josuke and Okuyasu being voiced by Justin Cook and Christopher Sabat. Can only dream.
Eh, I think it worked with Tenchi since he at least formed a bond with each of the girls over time. Unlike most harem anime where it's just hijinks and bullshit and then suddenly "one winner" or "they all win, because fuck it"
Tomie being adapted into a anime or even a series based on Junji's stories. How the fuck did it get a live action movie, but no anime adaption?
Anime where the main character grows a pair and speaks out against the shitty way in which Japanese society work, making other characters uncomfortable but ultimately making a break through.
There is the occasional mexican in my chinese cartoons
A setting that is actually global.
Jojo Part 3 is actually pretty accurate in how it depicts it'slocations and it's a shame most other anime's or manga either don't do the research orp lay it safe and go for the mega urban cities.
we can hope .
There's a lot of mexican characters
There's almost nothing about other latin american countries.
That's understandable though, I wouldn't want to show them either
Not that it should be illegal, but I understand Japan's marijuana laws are pretty harsh.
I'm surprised brazilians aren't more common in anime, they're major weebs and they have a fairly big japanese population
A fighting series that actually has a competent and talented female character in the main cast that is able to contribute to the group, win plot-important fights on her own, and not suffer from a "rescue arc".
I'd like to see anime characters taking Erimin 5 (they're benzo like xanax)
Or girls in general. She seriously does not have the range for Ryoko.
Koushiro from "Digimon Adventure", yes.
Chagum from "Moribito", Absolutely!
Toboe from "Wolfs Rain", Yes!
Any other female role?
An anime mother who actually survives the Childbirth experience?
well shit where to begin
>character y says something poniard about x
>character x never says y's name directly after
>MC has a child with main villain
>kung fu velociraptors from gogs
Fuck, that whole dub was ridiculous. If every anime got that kind of treatment, I'd never watch something with subtitles again.
>Total anatomical accuracy
Not even American cartoons have that
Yeah, her voice definitely made the character. I wonder why she didn't return for GXP and OVA3 though, especially since the fan base boomed years beforehand and would have made OVA 3 somewhat more enjoyable.
>A couple that develops in a natural and logical fashion
I agree for the most part, but the moment the edginess, rape and pedophilia kicked in and went full shoujo, it stopped being natural and logical. I mean Tsuda, pls.
pic related is living proof that you're wrong
You're fucking retarded. There have been two seasons of Type Moon sanctioned Ilya fanservice anime. No ero-CGs or route in the game doesn't mean she's not sexualized, you retard. No sexualization for a character in anime goes way beyond a long skirted character design and no official pornography.
>Jojo getting popular again thanks to 2 new games and an anime that is likely to go beyond Part 3
>NOT getting a dub
Jojo being dubbed is inevitable whether you want to accept it or not.
If you Google "Koichoco slap" it's the first thing that comes up.
tumblr gif incoming
I don't even remember this scene but I can believe it happened.
To be fair, Chisato isn't really a tsundere.
How about one who's a complete pervert?
Somebody actually talking about a burger when they say hamburger
>>character y says something poniard about x
>>character x never says y's name directly after
>>MC has a child with main villain
Those all exist.
Anime that explores other Japanese ghost and spirits besides the mainstream ones (Kitsunes, Kappas, etc) and present them in a scary, non-moe way like they were intended. I'm talking about stuff like Kuchisake-onna, Rokurokubi, nuppeppō, etc.
I want the writer or the director for this to do anime. I don't know which one.
The Japs only know that blacks like rap music, are loud, and like to start fights. Their limited views wouldn't make him compelling. Would suck as a actual anime, at least Boondocks exist.
I don't remember exactly but it's probably about this (spoilers):
The girl's name is Chisato. Her little brother really liked chocolate and then he died in a car accident. After that, Chisato hated chocolate and never got over her depression. She keeps trying to feed the MC chocolate since they're childhood friends and she uses him as a support. Eventually he gets sick of it and tells her to get over it. It sounds dumb and it is in hindsight, but it was handled decently by the show.
So yeah. This is probably a reaction to that.
Aww man that's sad. Now I feel sorry for laughing at watching her shit get slapped. Might pick up.
A good adaptation of a Junji Ito manga.
Clannad afterstory believe it or not
There was a reason for it though, it was because the original japanese dub was fucking BORING. Barely anyone emoted, it was all so subdued. Even fucking Nobuyuki Hiyama was dull as fuck.
I can understand why you would disagree with Funimation's choice to "jazz it up" from a purist standpoint, but the dub fucking saved that show from being a bomb overseas.
No those totally exist, it's just that usually the guy is either a jerk or he's comic relief and all the girls that want him are shallow and are barely named characters, if even.
