Shirou didn't make the sword appear because "miracle", rather that's entirely how his magic works. He recreates any sword he's seen before, Archer is really Shirou after becoming a hero in one time-line with this ability. It's called a reality marble, there's nothing miraculous about it even if it is exceptionally rare.

You're confusing the statement "Caliburn was able to take all of Berserkers lives because it was such a miracle that sword and owner were reunited across time" because it was stated that Caliburn normally should not have been able to do that since it's maybe A rank at best. As it should not be stronger than Excalibur.

There is nothing miracle about Shirou making a sword in this series, that's literally the only thing he can do.

The only miracle people complain about there is how Berserker died from it.

Saying this is an asspull is one of the dumbest things I've heard today. Zelretch isn't even from this story, the 2nd sorcery and how it works was established in this universe long before that point.

The sword isn't infinitely magical, it's pulling energy from all nearby dimensions one at a time, and shooting it off. There are infinitely alternate universes, infinite world-lines, and the 2nd sorcery is able to tap into them and for a moment break the boundaries between worlds.

The sword in itself is nothing special, it doesn't have infinite mana, it just bridges the gap between world-lines and allows mana to be pulled from elsewhere. The fact that Zelretch is one of the ones that helped start this ritual and how he left Tohsaka Nagato a few relics has been known since the start, it wasn't some out of nowhere thing if you were reading.
