20 shows a season is still only 2-3 shows a day, which is literally 1 hour of anime watching.

Even on a busy workday you can find an hour to sit down and watch your shows, either all at once or broken up over a longer period of time while you get something else done.

If there are days where you can't even spare that hour, you can just save those shows for a day when you have more time, like a day off.

I like watching a tonne of shows because it helps me to organize my free time better so I don't just end up blankly staring at a dead thread whenever I run out of things to do.

I get the impression that their schedule collapsed int he last few episodes. They tried to pack more than normal action into the last few episodes and couldn't keep up.

There were some absolutely gorgeous scenes in the last arc, but they obviously took their toll.

Yeah, the rest of the series was paced for one shiny fight every other episode, and I always assumed it was so they wouldn't blow their wad. Ima watch it over soon to see how it affects the story, though. I find it hard to judge just from memory.

Why was Yukina such an amazing character
Like conceptually, everything about her personality and mannerisms were amazing.

I lost my shit in the 2nd last episode when the other girl asked her if she knew where she was going and she just cringed and didn't answer. Every single thing that character does is subtle humour.

This show should have been 2 cours. The episodic arcs felt very rushed and the girls didn't had enough interaction. The finale wasn't that great but it was ok

But I'm really sad, not only for the bittersweet ending but also because it has been a while since I've got this attached to a series. Last time I felt like this was when Joshiraku ended.

The art, style, characters, setting, it was damn catchy. Sometimes confusing, but it was an awesome way to end my week and I used to look forward to each episode and /a/'s threads. Maybe not the best, but my favorite from the season. I'll miss it, and you faggots too.

It was messy. They made a mistake by trying to make the final episode also the arc's climax and were stuck trying to balance the exciting conclusion to the current arc as well as concluding the entire show as a whole.

The result was kind of an anticlimax. It was a good end for the whole series but not for the current story that was unfolding. Compared to the other arcs that all had relatively strong climaxes, it was jarringly lame.
