RIP in peace
Actually, a whole fuck load of online manga sites got taken down. I don't mind so much I can just a different siste but since I rely on my RSS feed for updates (and this is the second time I've had to do this), I'm a little miffed.
What the fuck is AnimeTake? I've never heard of it.
>Mangapark is down
>Animetake is down
>Babby's getting fucked left and right
>So basically nothing actually happened.
This is only true if you're not a mouth-breathing incompetent who couldn't even use google to reach the google homepage. Needless to say a good deal of people on /a/ fresh from the corpse of Gaia are devastated.
If you're going to post something tangentially related to anime, can it at least be something /a/-worthy?
RIP or whatever, sure, but this really shouldn't be a concern on /a/ where users who come with their training wheels still on are expected to eventually grow out of them.
>not having an automated download list for your torrent client that grabs new episodes from any tracker and sorts them for you
>not literally waking up, turning on computer, and going to make breakfast while the day's new anime downloads automatically
>Anon I don't know where you've been
Obviously, not on Gaia, smartass
>automating your torrents
>not getting up before dawn to work the fields of nyaa
>not knowing the satisfying feeling of dirt-caked, calloused palms
>not coming home at dusk to be greeted by a fresh meal and a warm bath prepared by your waifu
Fucking new generation ruining everything, as usual.
>not cooking yourself an omelette to take up to your computer and enjoy with your anime
Nigga the only thing I search by hand for is porn, because I don't trust a machine to know what's sexy.
That folder also contains this. I like naming it that better than something like "weebshit".
Nigger you are living in the dark ages.
Utorrent is shit. You're forced to either use outdated software or bloated commercialware.
Use Deluge, use Qbitorrent. Anything but utorrent. I actually block peers who use utorrent for anything I plan on seeding.
>Nothing of value was lost.
Sites like these are important. They create a barrier shield that protects all the other more obscure places where we get our shit.
It also prevents massive IRC fucking of servers.
How long ago did you switch? If it was a long time ago, the bugs that troubled you might have been ironed out in a patch. Patches don't come as much as I'd like, but they've managed to solve most of the pressing issues I had with it, which is why I've settled on it as my default client. I used to use Deluge til about 3 years ago.
Why do you people even go to nyaa when horriblesubs have their own website where they list all their stuff?
I switched about 6 months ago but I might as well switch back and see if I get the same errors.
I really like Deluge because how quickly it can check your files and move them about, good interface too.
Retard here, I have no clue how to set up RSS anything. I just use Nyaa. Is it worth actually trying to learn? For what, more efficient downloading? I have nothing but time so I don't care if I have to look around a little more
I used it for a while. As I recall, it provided DDL links for anime episodes. Useful if you can't torrent, e.g. at college. Later I switched to animetosho for that.
Fucked up the link there, sorry. Heres the updated version.
I'll try it out I guess. Thanks friend
