I liked the theory behind it but when they tried to redeem the MC in the end some how without killing him. EHHHHHHHHH no. Just no. Didn't work at all. Certainly a strange oddity of a series. I'd recommend the ova that came after though. I actually really enjoyed it but that was probably because it was a prequel and had very little to do with the series itself.
