A boy falls in love with a girl.

People carrying AR devices, such as contact lenses, smartphones or glasses, can see these messages under the viewing options. The plot follows two individuals encountering each other in a city, competing to answer these sky lanterns.

One of the individuals is a young woman volunteering for the recognition. She desires to improve her karma profile, a popular online trend designed to record altruistic actions. The second character is a heartbroken young man answering the sky lanterns to cope with separation.

Discovering these motives fosters concern. The young woman sees the young man answering the sky lanterns as an excuse to neglect the losses he suffered. The young man sees the young woman as a lonely person using the sky lanterns in hopes of find meaning in her vacant life.

As the two characters work together for certain requests, they begin to understand each other, eventually leading them to answer one another’s sky lantern request: helping the young man accept separation and finding a purpose in life for the young woman.

Scuba diving shonen.

Instead there exists a god or some other kind of deity. It wanders aimlessly around the earth. It's immense magic power influences the places he visits, creating demons, changing landscapes, reshaping physic laws around that place etc.
Whenever news of him appearing somewhere spread, it attracts various people. Researchers, adventure-hungry shounen protags, suicide wishers and so on. They are called Trackers.
The protagonist is a hunter that cleans up demons and mutation for money. Makes a living off keeping the altered places safe.
The story would start off following him as he tracks a mutated bears or some other big game beast. The MC is an expert in survival in harsh environment. The world is introduced as he learns of the creature's behaviour to prepare the best time and way to strike.
Story has potential to be dragged on endlessly as long as you can come up with lots of short stories. There can be some plot development, like for example when the MC meets the deity face to face, or an affected person becomes part of the cast.

Just an idea that popped into my head randomly and was waiting for a write a plot thread.

2050, food shortage all over Japan. Some basement weirdo scientist develops a drug (and starts distributing it with the help of some underground organization) that gives you nutritition for about a week. In exchange, someone who takes the drug goes completely insane (for that week) and strives to eradicate every other human being. Repetetive usage manifests this mental state forever, meaning that the user will likely live through cannibalism.

Drug becomes widely popular among blue-collar workers, MC eats both his parents. He's among the first one to be hit by a countermeasure "weapon", maybe even a drug injected into him, which keeps the effects under control. While the countermeasure is effective, it is too expensive to produce and the project is dropped.

The few on which the countermeasure was used successfully form a team with the sole aim of destroying the organization distributing the drug. This operation however is severely hindered because of their old mental state resurfacing when under extreme stress.

Scientists from the far future conduct a time travel experiment and accidentally snatch a young salary man form out time to their time. The time travel accident nearly kills the the protagonist, named Kinji. So the scientists wanting to avoid trouble that could threaten their research. They decide to just sneak him into a cyborg body and send him back to his original time. Hoping no one would notice. A mishap at the cyberization facility puts Kinji into an advanced combat model female body. Kinji freaks out upon waking up and runs. The scientists are now found out. Wanting to escape they convince Kinji to go back to his original time and they go with him.

Kinji's life is ruined upon returning. Everyone thinks he is dead and he has lost everything. So with the scientists, he sets up a new life running an electronics repair shop. By day he, now she, runs the front desk of the shop. The scientists are in the back piecing together advanced technology from scrap parts, when they aren't fixing computers and televisions. Someone tries to mug Kinji, now called Kana, and Kana throws the mugger clear across a 4 lane street in front of a lot of people. Kana runs and the internet is a buzz with talk about the mystery super woman.

Kana decides to become a vigilante super hero. Running through the streets at night and beating up street criminals. The scientists help out through bits of advanced tech and maintaining her body. She soon grabs the attention from agents of the current government and agents of the future government. So Kana has to fight crime while also dodging two different groups of government agents.

Kana/Kinji manages to convince her/his girlfriend from before all this that he really is who he says he is underneath the hot female body. While she does love Kinji still. She will be conflicted through the entire manga about being seen as Kana's lover. Kana will also be pursued through out the book by several men and a lesbian.

As is typical in this kind setting, MC has to go to a school for people with special power and abilties where is make fun because his only "power" (they don't even consider it a power) is enhance his own physical abilties and basic energy projection which is seen as weak becuase everybody there has power that let them mess with physics/matter/reality/time/etc.

Ghost Slide is the story of Akira Ōhashi, who is transported to Daisuru after making a post on an internet forum focused on paranormal phenomena. In this universe, a war between Ghosts and humans has been waging for the past 1,000 years. Akira is attacked by a ghost soon upon entry but is rescued by Googi Boyma, one of the humans who fights against the ghosts.

Humans who fight ghosts are called "slides". In this world, the soul can be understand through quasi-scientific means... when the body begins to die and the soul is "released" from it, it produces a "bathos" or sinking field that pulls the soul toward the underworld. However, cases where the body recovers and re-attaches the soul to itself, the bathos field can be re-activated and used to fight ghosts... hence the name Slide.

Akira was apparently pulled into the parallel Earth of Daisuru by a rougue Slide currently being hunted by Boyma named Reich. This Slides unique power is to pull objects from parallel worlds, but Boyma has never heard of him bringing in a person. The two set out two find Reich and hopefully find a way for Akira to get back home.

MC is a boy whose parents die and he has to go live with his mother's grandparents. The grandparents run a hot springs resort in a tiny mountain town. He has to spend all his free time helping his grandparents with the resort. His only friend is the small school's lesbian tomboy. They're both always trying to peak on the women in the springs. They both become rivals for the affections of transfer student girl.

With his breath in full once more, he decides to access the situation this time. For as long as he can remember, he has been chasing his friend through the ends of time, following her skips through the clues she always leaves behind.
Unfortunately for him though, she's quite the trouble maker and enjoys causing mischief across the past. He can only hope that her trouble will keep her in one spot long enough for him to catch up.
