The fact that this matter is not even really punishable in most of our civilized world shows just how pointless and out of proportion the judgement is.

3. in the episode they just say that "we need to create some kind of extreme situation, so they will misbehave". In the end she doesn't say anything different from what he already knew and still gets sent to hell. The only difference was that she was honest and actually said all that, but the judge already knew all of it.
