Shoujo Shinka! was absolutely amazing, but it's a bit too different from EMIYA to work in UBW. Also all versions form Realta Nua Soundtrack Reproduction are very good, especially the slow one in Unite, but I wouldn't say they are better than original.

Literally every anime would be improved by having someone like Domon Kasshu for the MC

When something tragic happens, and everything goes silent for a moment before a character screams their head off and the episode ends.

I've seen it enough times now that I easily seeing it coming, but it still works every time.
