More Baharimax news!
The twitter was pretty active last night. Here's hoping for sequel announcement some day.
What characters are left for these? the King? Would anyone even want one of the King? I mean he did suddenly get a lot hotter at the end of the series but it still kinda fell flat for me.
Yeah I only noticed him on my second watch. It's pretty dark in that part but the light sorta goes over him a bit.
This is one of those series where if you turn up the brightness there are a lot more dead people. Like in the Gilles flashback.
and wanted posters
I wonder who makes these things. Bacchus gets them from somewhere. There's someone out there in charge of deciding who goes on posters, what they are worth and making it so they are cardable. Who the heck are they?
Is it cygames
When I watched the first episode I felt like I was watching a long drawn out movie. Almost like a chore. Does it pick up the pace, or is the first episode a good indicator for the rest of the series. The synopsis sounded like something I'd enjoy, but the first episode really put me off--which is saying something since I stick to everything I pick up for at least 3 episodes.
The tone changes a bit as it goes on but if you really didn't enjoy the first episode you probably won't like the rest. It may just not be for you. Although many seem to think episode 2 is the best so feel free to try it out.
If you want gods and demons and large ancient dragons, which is all the synopsis gives, is then those start really coming into play from episode 5, maybe 7 onward.
The official Kaisar cosplayer's twitter is interesting https://twitter.com/Koh_Oikawa It seems RL Kaisar got all the ladies when Favaro caught a cold
Well Kaisar's bottom does look kinda weird. No matter what I can't stop thinking underwear on the outside superhero gettup.
I'd like to know that too.
Satou's tweet with this image said he had these posters hung above his workstation all year that he worked on the show, though, which is pretty cute.
Doing god's work as usual, Anon.
I know conspicuous crotch coverings were in style and many times necessary back in fantasy setting times, it still just looks weird to my modern eyes.
It's a pretty big world building mystery. Amira and Favaro got posters after the run in with the knights so it has some connection to human law decisions maybe, but who knows? Do local human officials report it to a god somewhere who prints these suckers up?
Wait I should have used this, sorry
>conspicuous crotch coverings
I'm saying it's the opposite. I didn't pay too much attention during the show, but I think he's got more cloth over his legs then over his crotch.
Maybe he made some angel friends. They are so lonely.
Also there's Rita.
Well she says she only cares about the brats or something which was a plural although I guess it could just be in a 'if my adoptive son's bff dies sonny'd be sad' way
More typesetting done. I uploaded this to the drive but eh I figured not everyone checks that. Tried to make it less shitty with a better font. Thanks anon for the translations as always. Kaisar suffering comic to be typesetted soon (tm).
Also link to the drive for anyone interested https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BzF0UTMbIxP0WW1FWFN5cHg3SFk&authuser=0
Favaro does have a surprisingly decent sense of style when it doesn't involve himself.
He doesn't look too badly put together. It gives the impression of things picked up and added over time.
I did, thanks!
After the BDs come out
Oh, I liked the metal covering the toes though. Looks useful.
Speaking of which, it's been confirmed; download code is for a Legend Rarity Rita card, along with a few other goodies.
The classifications in the game are pretty broad. Gods and Demons are more like 'light' and 'dark' supernatural beings respectively, while Man is mortals.
I don't doubt that would be Rita's reaction to hearing about her designation, though.
Oh that. It never seemed to make much difference but I get ya
>Amira and Favaro got posters after the run in with the knights so it has some connection to human law decisions maybe
I got the same impression too. I kind of liked how the ultimate villain had a bounty on him, just as a gauge of how serious he is. I'm guessing Favaro had his bounty recalled after saving the world from Bahamut?
We have handsome men
And he had the bounty on his original human name for his crimes murdering people which also fits it being connected to human law.
You'd hope so.
>We have handsome men
But that's the thing. I have decks full of Albert and King Arthur and the only cute girl on human side is probably Monika. It's not enough girls. I picked the most homo realm.
Well it is the MAN realm.
But there's some cute girls http://wiki.rageofbahamut.com/Halloween_Gardener
makeover makeover makeover
I'm just looking through the wiki (always a nice place to kill an hour or so) but it seems even enough.
>Rita makeover card fanservice edition
Please season 2 please. I can even imagine Favaro
bullying her into it.
>pick god realm
>it's full of cutesy things, fairies sparkles and angels
Not sure what else I should've expected but I deserve it.
Man has the ultimate waifu on our side
I'm still surprised they were able to hold that quality for half the show. Usually the dropoff happens by episode 2. There were a couple iffy episodes like 10 but overall it's well above the norm in terms of animation quality.
>Usually the dropoff happens by episode 2
That's not a drop-off, that's the opposite. Episode 1 is specifically animated better because it's the first impression you get of the show. In the same vein, you'd also animate the finale better, because it's the last impression of the show. But the "normal" animation that the studio actually goes for, is what you see in the middle episodes.
Well yeah that makes sense but I've seen too many shows where the quality difference from first episode to the next is horrendously huge. That they've been able to keep that quality for 5 episodes is really impressive.
Jeanne scenes in episode 10 were good, especially those two rotating cuts when she got on top of the monster. She and maybe Amira and her mother must have been the time sinks.
>possibly that and Kaisar commentary
I can't wait.
I'm crossing my fingers for it.
Also, to the anon who asked last thread about the Japanese version of the mobage, it's pretty easy to play since the interface is exactly like the English version for the most part. There are a few mild differences (like cards in your presents lists having a one-month claim deadline on them), and figuring out what to do in event quests could be difficult, but they usually have graphics explaining those, and basically everything else works the same way.
The only annoying thing is that you have to register your account to access most of the good cards and items you win from quests, and to do that you need someone with a Japanese cell phone to help you generate a registration code. You can still do the basic stuff, though. (In the event that you want to try it out, my invite code is apjhxQ.)
Please dear god someone translate that.
Well Favaro told him to find a wife so he had to follow.
But maybe Jeanne let him go out and spread knightly justice to the comman man all throughout the kingdom. I mean the place is apparently crawling with monsters and serial killers, they could use some law enforcement spread around.
>S2 becomes a medieval buddy cop anime
>>S2 becomes a medieval buddy cop anime
Oh my god yes. How many mobacoins do I need to throw to make this happen?
One's a Knight, one's a bounty hunter, together they fight crime while investigating a mysterious rumour about a strange pink haired woman that may just be a very important person from their past. Together with help from a loli zombie, a drunk god and a duck they're going to clean up Mistarcia one card at a time.
And Jeanne D'Arc as Da Chief.
