You will given 2 choices on middle of story.
Bad End with Yamato goes to China and Miyako follow him. Both of them will have lots of sex afterwards.
True End with Yamato being kidnapped by Rin in order to protect him. The end is Rin will stay in Japan and dedicated her whole live beside Yamato.
