Conan is the boss of the black organization.
Given that it was an experimental drug, being able to grow up into his old self is miles better (and a little bit weirder) than being the brittle malformed teenager he should be.
It can't be his dad, there has been so many times where the black organization has almost killed conan, he wouldn't kill his own son.
Think about it this way, the show was only supposed to be 1 season long, before it got dragged out to 700+
So since the boss was supposed to be revealed during that season, the boss has to be someone that appeared in the first couple dozen episodes.
I say its Yoko Okino.
But my side theory also leads to Kaitos dad.
Man, if they ever do decide to end the series its gonna be a fucking big bang, my head will explode
And yet he recicled a lot of tricks that didn't surprise you anymore after having seen them so many times. There comes a point where murders stop being really novel, you've seen every point of the murder being done before and the mistery stops being a mistery.
It's good to see a thread of my favorite anime.
Haibara is my waifu
Don't bother, guys. Conan has entered newspaper strip status, I'm surprised the author didn't drop the overarching story bit since it only does disservice to the current format. No conclusion would be satisfying, and it's not what the audience wants.
>Consider picking this up again
>Look up how many Chapters are released so far
>Nine-hundred-fucking-twelve Chapters, with still no plot advancment or any kind of resolution
Conan has wierd translators.
A while ago there used to be a guy that subbed an episode the night it aired, but her got chased off the internet because the subs werent that great.
Then another group picked it up, but they only did older episodes for some reason?
Now we're subless.
Being a conan-fag is suffering
So get this.
The BO boss is
more than 1 person making all the other BO henchmen who aren't the boss think that it's just 1 person
HOOOOOOLY SHIT. Am I a master detective or am I a master detective? I haven't read Conan since ch500 or something
>The only reason one would oversub CR is because they're NOT fansubbers, just glory hogs trying to score leetness points. No. We are NOT oversubbing CR, and that's final.
They don't want to waste time I suppose.
There has to be a boss. All of the members refer to them as "anokata" 'that person' singular.
Plus it'd be pointless to try and trick people outside the organization about there being more than one boss since they're already so secretive.
>Now we're subless.
>Being a conan-fag is suffering
I never bothered with the anime, I weighed 700 episodes vs 900 chapters and I knew the manga would be much easier to catch up to.
Any decent filler I should check out?
There has been some plot advancement.
Black Organization shit has been ramping up for awhile
The Jet-Black Mystery Train was some crazy shit
Because when they do, he just tells them that he's been texting Shinichi the case details
Recently, ever since Sera joined the group, everyone just knows he's a child genius and they don't question it anymore.
And Conan has tricked Ran so many times now, that she's probably just convinced that he's not Shinichi anymore. Especially after the london episode.
It's because the boss doesn't anyone in the organization.
For example. Lets say the boss created this rule where
>You are not allowed to discuss ANYTHING related to the anokata
>Any time the anokata meets anyone it would be 1 on 1
In such a way, you could have more than 1 person as BO boss.
Or in another way just give out orders from behind a TV screen and don't let anyone know who you are.
There's another way.
Just saying it's possible.
>That one episode where a woman killed her sister because she was literally a copycat
Right in the feels, too bad I forgot it's name/number
>Detective Conan Special (名探偵コナン特別編 Meitantei Konan Tokubetsuhen?) manga volumes consist of short stories drawn by Gosho Aoyama's assistants published under Shogakukan's Ladybug Comics (てんとうむしコミックス Tentō Mushi Comikkusu?) label. The stories found in the Special volumes hold no bearing on the plot of the main comic.
>During Detective Conan's 15+ year run only two short stories from the special volumes have been adapted into TV episodes: Episode 86 - The Kidnapping Location Case and Episode 113 - The White Sandy Beach Murder Case. The Kidnapping Location Case episode is significant as it introduces the Electronic Notebook Map gadget, however this device has not been used since this case.
Anybody else want Eisuke Hondou to return to America so he can ntr shinichi?
Not that guy, but I was disappointed. I couldn't take the "Authentic English Dialogue" seriously, and any time Japanese media tries to make fiction about American Government and Military is comes off as hollow and comical. Also,
they fail to stop anyone from being killed until the end, making everything seem pointless.
Finally, not nearly enough Shuiichi Ideka. Seriously, he plays the best character in the whole franchise, and he barely gets two lines.
At this point Konan would have aged back normally.
Jokes on you, in Detective Conan land, Conan has only aged 2 years since he shrunk!
>it should be canon.
I wouldn't be surprised if some of it is. Gosho did work on the latest movie, and he's said this in an interview:
>I'm planning to draw the wedding between Takagi and Satou. Actually, I wanted to put their wedding into last year's movie, with Kaitou Kid involved, but if I do it in the movies, I can't have it in the manga
Which means the movie staff will listen to him if he tells them what to put in the movies. I'm sure that certain stuff, like the Eri/Kogoro backstory in the 2nd film, the post-credit scene in the 3rd film (he even drew most of the frames in that scene himself), and the side story with Haibara in the 5th movie are all to some extent Gosho's ideas.
The best episodes are Heiji and Police Love Story episodes.
>mfw they do a spin off series with over 500 episodes starring his son.
>Haibara wearing nothing but this one piece sweater dress thing.
>cute not pedo
Are they ever actually gonna go anywhere with these two?
He only says that to calm the Kid fanboys.
The one where he got stuck with Conan in an elevator in the Tokyo Tower (I think) where there was a bomb on it way fucking intense too, fuck. Why does he get the best scenarios?
Fuck if I knew. All I know that it was 2 episodes in the anime and it ended in a cliffhanger at the end of a volume and continued in the next one. I think that volume has the Tokyo Tower in it
>implying its not Gin
Gin sexed Haibara up at some point.
