I was wondering if someone else would see the difference. My guess is that somebody else adapted Rin's desing for the HA OP. Maybe it's the same person who adapted the design for the Fate PS vita OPs. And maybe God does indeed love us and this man somehow miracolously gets to make Rin's design for the HF movie.

They've already shown Avenger's voice in PVs. It has a nasally sound like Shirou and Archer's, but just like Archer's, you wouldn't be able to tell it's him just from voice alone unless you already knew.
