Mobile Suit Victory Gundam hands down. Really anything by Akira Senju sounds fantastic but this is his Magnum Opus IMO.

There are nowhere near enough decent/comprehensive uploads of the KnK soundtrack on jewtube, hence those pseudorandom selections. A few weeks ago I was IP permabanned from yt for uploading a bunch of the soundtrack.
