It's not big enough.

If it's a whale, it should be HUGE. Start over and max out all your system settings.

you should duplicate this and then zremesh it and then project the detail on to the zremesh model so you can have cleaner lines

sloppy anatomy, barely polished forms
you didnt blend the flippers in, which in them self lack the bone structure of a flipper
no eyelids etc

keep working, its a decent start but its really bare bone to be texturing it already
