Ok, i'll bite.
$20 price is what you pay for model on asset store. Becayse that model can be re-selled many times, and even with this in mind, models barely break through the resource spent on them.
For example, i was doing weapon models for asset markets for last 3 years or so.
Modelling and texturing a weapon is ~40h job. Animating it is 6h. Setting it in engine is 4h. another 2h for QA that everything works.
52h of work, by standard hour rate of 30usd/h for freelance work I pay, is 1560 usd. Usually the asset starts earning money after 5-6 months, you can buy it for 15-30 usd pricerange.

NOBODY will model for you anything for 20usd, unless its an pajeet intern from yellow ganges river, but guess what - you'll end up with most likely few blocks attached together, becayse you get what you paid for.
