The bone structure of the face is all messed up and needs to be heavily modified and the plane changes are also bad. You need to look at a skull and study it's forms and how the face is constructed in terms of angles and planes

here's one of examples. you can put skull model in your sculpt and sculpt over it, if you are trying to make realistic models. I have not tried this myuself tho, but I'm sure it's great practice
