what can I do about the white / blueish pixels appearing randomly ?
I have already set the samples to ~3000 , my pc cant go much further but it still looked like shed

simply upping the samples doesn't always remove noise. show/explain your materials/lights and their settings.

I have a glass object and some verticles at the bottom of this is causing the pixels, if I set this to emission .
So 2 materials for 1 object, one is emission and one is glass. THe environment has diffuse and theres a sky texture

check for settings regarding refractive samples & light samples under your materials first. if they aren't there check under general the general render settings. increase those slowly until you get a decent result; i would start with the refractive samples first.
