Hi,

Why do my buildings and trees have a really black side...
I mean, we all have a lil' bit of black in us... yeah, anyway... help?
Here's another black side....

btw the lighting editor is in [window] > [lighting] and it will show up on your inspector panel by default, edit your ambient source and indensity
or make your levels on a model editor like blender. or go batshit like me and use gtkradiant.

Not sure if this is the problem but:
Window > Lightning > Ambient GI > Backed
Build it and run it.
If it keeps happening switch to Unreal.
If we all just switch to Unreal we can help each other out.
heh i havent visited in ages, what's this new unreal meme?
correct answer to op was already given, despite the fact that he shoulda used google

A better engine if you want to use displacement.

I've used Unity for a year then switched over because Unreal has half of Unity's asset store as built-in editors.
Visual scripting for Materials is what really got me to switch.
