That's true but they never really work with that I want. Usually the ones I find have the horizon right across the center of the image. Which can make them useless at times.

Because of the location numbers in Cycle's mapping node. That's sort of where the clouds texture is generating from and splits off from there. It's less noticable when actually using the hdri though.
