I thought Max files didn't have metadata regarding if the software it was made in was pirated or not, but just saw they have a script now for you to check stuff in your comp...
Never used TS to sell anything, but can't it be bypassed by just submitting things for inspection instead of using the automation script on your machine? Just curious on how it works.

Find the tag in the file, use a hex editor to write zeros over it.
