Most mindblowing /x/ related images, facts, or infographics.

Feel free to contribute anything. I've seen a few pictures on /b/ and /pol/ that have really weirded me out, like the Easter island physics problem.

It is seriously weirding me out. I've never questioned the existence of the supernatural, but I don't know how something natural could cause this.
>>
>>14877959
what's paranormal about this? Pyramids, rectangles, serpents, and stairs are extremely common.

come on theyre not even that advanced to make. any fucking caveman can build a rectangular door. give me some arches, some domes, something a little more advanced than putting one rock on top of two others. and besides wouldnt it be a little weirder if they managed to get six stones of EXACTLY the same size to make the doors to what might have been some peasants house?

They both had entry ways to buildings and masks for faces?! My god... get me the president on the phone.

Seriously though, I think you're reaching a little too far out trying to put significance in places that there is none. A rectangular door is the next step up from a hole in the wall, and making art that looks like people with shiny things is something children will do with basic human creativity if you give them the materials. I believe in undocumented contact between ancient cultures, but I don't think this is strong evidence of it.

The Egyptian mask is a cobra and a hawk, the south American mask is an owl and what I'm supposing is an embellished anaconda. They aren't in the same position, either. I really don't see it. If you want to postulate intercultural exchange, talk about the native American tribe whose language was damn near Japanese, or out of place artifacts. People including images of local animals and using cut stones to build things doesn't hold up to scrutiny as evidence of a common point of inspiration.
People everywhere also came up with spears, fire, gods, using herbs as medicine, and a majority decided the guy in charge should wear some fancy shit in their head to signify their position. I'm not disagreeing with the general idea, I'm just saying the specific picture I pointed out is meaningless and should be stricken from the collection.
>>

I've to admit you got me intrigued with this one, so I opted for a little research.

The left figure (who can be seen, as specified, on Ecuador, with the rest of Crespi's collection), is shown on its museum and it's cataloged as a middle eastern art piece.

Regarding this documentary, what was show on 12:20 always gets me thinking. Why are all those ancient places aligned?

Thanks a lot.

The music, I guess because can give easly a dramatic note to the information at hand and is relaxing.

My personal theory is that the people from ancient ages was much more passionate and skilled at whatever they did (be it traveling, building, math, etc) that we in this modern age.

Humans have become too comfy, we aren't strictly more stupid but 1000% more lazy and therefore give up before even starting something great.

If all these cultures were connected somehow I firmly believe it was a feat of skill, and not something born from the paranormal.
>>
>>14878470
Watch >>14878369

And >>14878423

Basically the recurring theory is that most ancient builders used the golden ratio 16:9 as the base to build most of their awesome shit, and that's the reason most of those structures end up similar even seperated by distance and time.
>>
>>14878495
What connected them?, math...
What made them do those things?, crazy emperors...
Comfy?, indeed...

Just think how much free time you would have without any sort of entertainment.
Also most of those places were built for over 20 years at least, and that's a very small number...

do you want to documental that debunks david icke the english goalkeeper from second league
who wrote about reptiliums after he drank sum ayahuasca?, its fun to believe a stupid, or rather

>>
>>14878086

Gobekli Tepe was not built randomly as people think and it is not impossible to build it during that time. It was a spot used by people for generations most likely as an annual meeting spot or religious place of worship. It was originally a larger area with just mounds and small structures but as more people came to the sight it was gradually made larger over many generations. It was not suddenly but slowly over time and they didn't forget anything and reinvent in in any culture it was just a long time before civilizations became more condensed and people had more of a practical need to build things like this. I have read the articles published on this a while ago(this site is old news) but I'm very certain that my facts are correct but feel free to correct me if you find error.

>>14883103 a lot of meso-american languages are similar to japanese, all of them are tonal (so meaning comes from the tone not the word itself, just like japanese) and some words are similar, like the name for so e animals and some adjectives. Some examples are the nahuatl tongue, purhépecha, tarauhmaras, tarascos, etc... Some believe it's because americans are actually asians who migrated to canada-alaska when the sea froze some time ago, so that coincidence in language isn't paranormal or anything

I always figured similar constructions around the world looked similar because.. they just 'work'.

From an engineering/architectural perspective, arches and pyramids and other things were built a specific way because they were stable, and lasted the longest.
Its not a big stretch of the imagination to think that the best and brightest builders from different cultures (even ones thousands of years apart, across the planet) got the same ideas.

I think thats actually a lot more interesting and awesome to think about, and its really annoying how quickly the innovation and engineering marvels of our ancestors gets waved away by 'aliens' or 'unknown technology'.

Its not exactly that the sea froze, it was that the sea level wasn't high back then so it left some land exposed. Its called the Bering Strait theory, and the most accepted theory of how the natives got here. Are you claiming that you have polyps that form the exact stars of the Pleiades in your lower-bowl?
Okay, lets run with this, what about context? First there is the scale and location: I've seen it argued that because smaller stones on the scale of rocks that can be moved around readily by environmental factors such as flowing-water or a stiff breeze. The assertion being that this means that because objects at this scale can potentially randomly move into a matching configuration: That means that objects the size of mountain ranges could have been moved into such a precise arrangement referencing mathematical theorems and information as well as a star-system that is also referenced on Earth and regarded with high-significance to this day? Do you realize that you just performed the verbal equivalent of taking this false argument and inserting it inside your own rectum? I must admit, I am impressed.

Because the human mind is designed to pick out patterns, Orion's belt is a clear pattern in the sky, and they used the stars like calendars. Can you blame them? When someone says stupid shit and you call it stupid the appropriate reaction should be embarrassment, not the weird pride and moral indignation so often expressed by conspiracy theorists, wizards and creationists.
I don't include Christianity or other more broadly categorized religious beliefs because while on their face those beliefs are just as stupid they are more complexly integrated into their adherent's worldview, so people with religious beliefs don't bother me so long as they don't try to convert me or make religious decisions on my behalf (like the fecking Hobby Lobby thing)

the American Great plains is flat because it is a wash of mud headed to the cascades, from the flood event. RF Ground surveys show different topography than what is seen on the surface, there are even buried pyramids in Ohio and Iowa that resemble the Mayan step style.

Almost all of Siberia there was discovered a massive collapse of ice that crushed ad killed all the forest and it's life, freezing instantaneously everything in a crush condition.
A layer of Ice collapsed ON TOP of the living, 13,500 years ago.

at the same time a comet exploded over North America, destroying the glacial coast and releasing the fresh water frozen underneath, (currently just like under antarctica) this event ended the Ice age 13500 years ago. Shards of the exploded meteor/comet are found in the bones of mammoths and giant sloths, impacted by the deliberate comet strike over atlantis.

This frozen layer was referred to in the torah as the "Firmament of Speis" It was an artifically made frozen atmosphere which was technologically established by the monument and leyline grid system. It allowed the Ozone 03 to not escape into space. Our oxygen had more + charge and Ozone, allowing cell respiration to take effect easier. this is why the prehistoric animals were so large and biodiverse, our ancestors knew how to grow the garden and how it sequenced with the main interacting celestial bodies (Sun moon, Venus). Yet they warred and ruined everything they had, destroying themselves in the flood
