are there ways to fight or kill stray dogs? Whenever I walk back home from school there is this dog who tries to get at anyone. I don't want to just try to avoid it everyday , gets me late.
I really, really want to kill it. or atleast hurt it so bad it that it will make it disabled in some way. I do have pic related, not sure if it will be effective.
Do note that in my country there is no law regarding about animal abuse or killing stray street animals in general.

So /wsr/, I bought a refurbished desktop and the hard drive failed the next day. I'd already loaded personal info onto it and couldn't erase it using Testdisk. Anyone know how to erase data from a failed disk?

Can anyone supply me an installed folder copy and registry entries of .Net Framework 4 64bit and Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 64bit? The reason I'm asking is because I just got my new computer put together but I'm still missing a hard drive, so I'm using WinToUSB to run Windows 7 Ultimate from a usb flash drive. However it comes with a lot of problems which prevents me from being able to install those from the installers supplied by Microsoft so I'm trying to add them manually.

On Windows 7
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64 (If you have the base Net Framework 4 installed, the folder should have 4.0.30319 in the file name)
For the registry, open it up on and just export all the files you can find with 4.0.30319 in it.
I'm not sure where Visual C++ is installed

i bought a Japanese/American N64 and was buying games for it when i noticed many japanese titles are much cheaper than than the american versions, what N64 games are just as good in japanese and don't have too much dialogue, text or menus?
