Could I get a version of this wallpaper where the girl is on a solid color, gradient, or simple pattern background of the request fulfiller's choosing? Something that compliments her hair and/ or underwear would be ideal, but I don't have anything particular in mind for the background beyond that.

If the helpful request anon in question is interested in undertaking a bit of a challenge beyond that, perhaps they could complete her cut off hand and arm with some redrawing work. That secondary request is far from necessary, however, so don't worry about this aspect of it if that seems annoying.

Oh, and just to be clear, I don't want the little mascot cow to be in the final product, if at all possible.
