t2 decks: rainbow road, darkrai/dragons (turbo is literally dead as of may 5), lurantis/bulu, ninetales/ninetales
t3 decks: volc, koko electric box, trevplume, deciduplume, solgaleo/lurantis, babykoko/babylele, Umbreon/Zoroark, lapras

All mega decks are dead by this point. Item counts have been cut almost in half in most decks. Item lock decks are kind of shit as a result. All mill and turbo decks are dead. By this point discard draw engines are uncommon, most people run thicker lines of Lele and Drampa-GX surprisingly enough. The litmus test of whether your deck is shit or not is how it can trade with garbodor. This is the meta apocalypse currently unfolding in Japan.

anyways, Scizor has a really good matchup against Sylveon which is arguably the best GX matchup against garb (its search attack makes it the least item dependent poke in the game) and this weavile allows Scizor to

1. not give a fuck about Volcanion (the tool removal weavile will be a one of, this one will run 2-3)
2. punish shaymin super fucking hard
3. punish garb players by being really good at a slow chip game

Burning Shadows-on Scizor will be a very slow playing deck but will force your opponent to also play really slow. Mega might be run as a one or two of without a spirit link for some matchups but it won't actually be a mega deck as we know them today.

Good against garbodor and most of the meta, best upcoming antimeta along with Sylveon

Basically has the 20 damage from EX 1 hit kills, but choice band helps quite a lot. The other 2 dce attacks are quite nice bonuses
The 2 energy discard can discard either the dce from before or some water to reattach with aqua patch

It plays quite a few items but only gets instantly killed when 8 are down + a choice band, which makes it decent against garbodor

Giovanni's Scheme has pretty much been replaced by Professor Kukui, Lillie is replacing a copy or even entire play sets of N and Sycamore even though all three see prevalent use across the game, some cards hurt yourself to meet special conditions needed for attacks (If I use Snorlax GX then I want him asleep), there's a lot of memes to be had with some cards

The new meta will consist around non-garb players not wanting items in their discard pile so you'll see a lot less use of Sycamore and see Lillie, N and Kukui with GUR's release

sorry I didn't get much sleep, I finished up an essay and took a PTCGO break before editing. Basically some nignog tried to do the cheeky glaceon, jolteon deck and lost to me due to shaymin chaining. I didn't check his deck but he only used 1 or 2 rough seas the entire game so he couldn't heal the 30 damage off. When I first started the chain he panicked and tried to N shuffle the DCE and Shay back into my deck but it failed both times where I was able to continue chaining him. I end up using two lysandres to take some easy KOs. I ended up getting the last 60 or so damage in because instead of building a jolteon that could OHKO my shays he just lysandre'd and ko'd two magikarp. When that is the exact moment he should've N'd me because I only had two prizes left. He finally either drew the jolteon or realized he shoud've build one a turn too late because he hard retreated out his glaceon with 30 hp left for the last EZ KO for the game.
