What difference is there between the two endings? The entire epilogue from the "bad end" was contained in the "good end", except the date of Lotus' meeting with Reinhard was different (which I assume is a TL error). Did Ren's participation amount to nothing? What difference is there between the two resulting universes?

Also, did Johann just have a normal life? I kept waiting for him to appear, but it seems he just lead a normal life. I don't think it was explained how Ren got adopted by Kasumi's parents either, but that may be due to sleepy reading.
