There is no such thing as a good Atterax riven.

Every single Atterax riven is garbage. No matter how good its stats are, its low disposition means it will never be worth using over any of your other mods. Mod space on the Atterax is already extremely limited, and each mod is crucial.

You NEED PPP. You NEED Prime reach. You NEED blood rush + drifting. You NEED maiming strike. You NEED organ shatter. You NEED berserker. You NEED weeping wounds. Ideally you'd also want True Steel, but there's not enough mod slots for it.

Given the atterax's low disposition, there is not a single combination of stats that will make it worth using over the other mods. Every single Atterax riven is trash.

I've never had a biter on any of my Rivens, even when I tried selling them for chump change. I could buy a shit riven for a low cost and roll it in the hopes of getting something good, but fuck that. It would take anywhere from hours to weeks to get a good roll, and that's assuming I blow what little platinum I have on a resource booster to mitigate the pain.

Every good Vasto/Daikyu riven I've seen was anywhere from 200-400 plat, which is too much for weapons so bad they can't even be saved by a Riven in the first place.

yes but it's gotten too many nerfs over its lifetime and in comparison to other things its just subpar. Stealth nerfs in general fucked it, the shot makes noise now, the bodies flying due to the shots alert enemies, it no longer crits reliably, multishot cancels out stealth bonuses, and plenty of secondary/primaries deal more damage than it.
in terms of multiple targets, it has basically no effective AOE, it has punchthrough but insane amounts of falloff, and without the stealth bonuses, blast does very little damage on its own. so there's no point in using it over a meme melee

Have been around long enough to remember what void 1.0 was and may have dipped a toe into a competitive event or two. Do sorties regularly and are either about to burn out or dont play often enough to get bored with the game. Most of the time old returning players fall into this category.

Have been around 2 years or more. Not all are autistically active, but still log in for sorties. Were around for void 1.0 and most if not all of the events.

Newfags get carried by the other two.
Intermadiatefags look at the newfags and feel good about themselves.
Oldfags are bored and have seen it all.

Newfags have no clue about endgame and dont know that it doesnt exist.
Intermediatefags are the ones that ignore infinitely scaling content.
Oldfags are the ones that build for infinitely scaling content and because of this find everything else boring.
