Same way you memorise any other map, ignore 90% of it and just figure out where the major landmarks are, you can also split the city into districts (shitty ghetto, industrial, that awkward spot behind the bank etc) if you're feeling fancy.
It's mostly based on a grid so it isn't that complicated when you're on the ground and the minimap is always there if you're unsure.

Your stock (which you sell for money) goes up as you play the game, so while that's happening you can grind I/E. After a few car sales your stock will hit 175, which can be sold to blaine county for 175k or los santos for 250k.

Doing CEO missions in between I/E sales while waiting for your stock to go up will make you more money than heists ever will, unless of course heists are on bonus money week.

it is locked to whatever you have in the bunker, but you have a bit of freedom over how much stock you want to accumulate.

assuming you've upgraded the bunker you'll be able to sell anything under $175k in stock (just what you see in the bottom right corner of the screen, not the actual value of the sale) with a single vehicle, but the actual number of units is 25. that is essentially 1.25 supply bars worth of stealing.

You should honestly not be too worried about selling the stock alone. I would say a good cutoff point to sell is probably 250k-300k. This should give you 2 vehicles if i am not mistaken and more than enough time to deliver.

I personally always sell my stock when it's reached the max, and i sell it all alone. Sometimes, not always, the time is a bit tight but if you feel you can't do a mission just alt-f4. You'll only lose a small fraction of the stock and will be able to do a sell mission again. You shouldn't worry about this at all. These missions are easy.

Play it safe if you want and cut yourself off at 250-300k, but it's easy not the less.
