I just ran O1-O4 for loot and NOT a single time i've found useful to use aoe > plenary. Either it's because medica II is ticking or because my co healer handled the damage.
The only time i wanted to use plenary was on O4 when exdeath does pushback > stack > meteor but guess what? Confessions time out before meteor goes off.

Plenary is absolutely worthless right now since you have 10s after a aoe buster to use it and unless you're healing mechanics like susanoo unkhesomething you won't see much use of it at all. It's retarded.

If they are an overall negative it's not by much. The Spear change is very good and will be even better as the patch rolls along and people get higher amounts of crit from 345+ gear. Think about how it will work in a party with a shitload of crit buffs: like scholar and dragoon doing litany and chain strat when you throw a spear. It also makes Sleeve Draw a bit more valuable. My biggest concern about AST is finding buttons for the two new discard skills.

Overall I liked Stormblood a little bit less than Heavensward, but that's sort of unfair since Stormblood hasn't hit the post-game yet. I still enjoyed it a hell of a lot, and the ending is REALLY good, but yeah.

I really liked the little traveling group you had in Heavensward, and that it really felt like you were making hard but steady progress the whole way. I know one complaint I've seen about Stormblood compared to Heavensward is that there's not really much sense of sacrifice or working really hard for your victories. In HW you lost Ysayle and Haurchefant, and also had to work your ass off to get Hraesvelgr's help. In SB your triumphs feel...less important? More hollow?

New to the game, got a couple questions about glamouring and dyeing. When you use armor to glamour onto the armor you're actually equipped with, does it consume the armor? Or is it still available for you to glamour to another set of armor? For example, if you have two tank classes and want armor for both to be glamoured as the same set, is that possible?

Also, when it comes to dye, do you dye the glamour armor first, or do you glamour first and then dye? Are weapons dyeable or just armor?

Glamouring does not consume the armor, it uses an item called a Glamour Prism as fuel. They're pretty cheap.

You can dye the glamour armor first, then anything glamoured into it will be that color. Or you can glamour and then dye your newly glamoured piece of equipment. Only really matters if you're planning on glamouring a piece of armor multiple times.

I play PLD and when I was exiled to ishguard. I never went back to uldah until the story cleared my name.

I never knew I could go back and never knew my level quests for PLD was still in uldah!

I got complimented every story dungeon on how I tanked "old school" and always got 2 to 3 com's.

Doesn't make it any less retarded. Some games have the balls to allow you to change the story based on skills/items (Dragon Dogma even allows using their phoenix down on dramatically dead NPCs), but let's say they don't want to bother with that, JUST MAKE THE STORY WORK AROUND IT --- It's simple as having BOTH of you poisoned so you can't act - and gives you a reason to not fight back the guards!

Maps makes this game truly p2w honestly. You can only store as many maps as how many retainers you have+1.
And before the patch maps went for like 50k and now they're 400k.
So if you was a good goy and had 6+ retainers to store up on maps you could save nearly 2m on that.
