I'd say that's a pretty decent roll since you got the limited Servant Gil with Emiya and a few other decent 3*s. This game doesn't have anything like IVs, but Servants do have different stat growth rates, so don't be too surprised if you get a level up on someone that only gives them only 10 HP and Attack every now and then.
