Lights Wrath builds up a charge when you do any damaging spell. When it hits a certain amount it gives you a buff to the next cast of Light's Wrath that makes it do 500% increased damage.
You get a cloud under you as it starts charging, which gets bigger in the next stage and then particles start flowing into the weapon on the last stage before the buff appears
