I thought the first two bad ends appropriately punished the player for being a jerk, but I'd prefer the option of the not throwing away the medication and reaching some kind of neutral end (prehaps Hisao and Hanako accept that they are too dangerous to be near one another, and part ways). And I agree, I thought Act IV was the best written part of Hanako's route, Act II and III was the standard "broken girl" cliche but Act IV subverted it in an interesting way. Surkio's additions made it much better.
