Honestly I think that's the primary issue with her.
If you draft her for her E, there are better early game heroes for setting stun trains with unless you're really desperate for a 5 man stun team.
If you're drafting her for the AA and trait, you're typically better getting someone like Valla or Greymane who doesn't melt the instant they're caught out and doesn't need the whole team there benefiting from Trueshot to get value.
If you're drafting her for the owl, you're useless until 13, and even then the owl just isn't worth building around aside from that 13 talent which is great.
If you're drafting her for late game in general there are far better heroes.

She's just a load of potential that isn't met because she can't shine in any one area.
Though honestly I would love to see them make her "Hitting D target heals" talent baseline.

Thunderstorm is legit good though, the slow is fantastic and if you have 2 charges from your earlier quest it's very easy to just alternate all the time.

Nah fuck the wolf quest. That's a reward that helps a spammy talent, not a critical team fight root.

It encourages bad plays imo. You need to be landing wolf for your team, not to get gibbe dat stacks. I thought it was good at first, but found myself frequently never completing it, that move has a weirdly thin trail and an unclear definition of what part of the wolf hits. It feels like maybe only the wolf's head hits.

Just take the extra mana and small amount of cooldwon reduction. That plus 2X chain lighting lets you just spam shit all day without a care in the world.

Alpha Wolf is just really good even when you don't have wolf quest though. Longer disable and 9% maxhp added to your burst damage is always nice.

I have no clue when you'd want to take tempest fury though. I guess it gets stacks faster for the windfury quest but it comes at 16 which is kind of too late to make a big impact in the number of stacks you get before lategame.

Is there a point to ETC anymore? He was probably really good when he came out or something, but now I'm not sure why you should play him. Every tank under the sun has like 50 stuns. Some of them can even stun from a distance. Most tanks also have higher health. ETC has an armor mechanic where he gets armor for a few seconds after using a skill. This design means they want you to use a skill, wait two seconds, and then use another one. However, his slide and face melt are meant to be used one after the other to displace people and that tanks your armor despite being an engaging move. Diablo does what ETC does but better and has a giant health pool to compensate for his dive in nature. Muradin has a range stun, a shit ton of health, a great escape/engage ability, and unholy sustain thanks to his regen plus his wave clear isnt' too bad either.

Am I wrong to say ETC is just bad design in this era?

Sorta. I mean there are definitely heroes that have become obsolete due to various changes and new heroes that basically outclass them. Some heroes have abnormally stacked kits with huge mobility. D.Va basically having two ults and two health bars is fucking awful and Malth being able to burn down bosses and objective shit is too much. I don't think Malth is too bad though. Genji is annoying but so is every other hero that can dive like crazy.

If you ever played Genji, you'd know there's an active talent you could take where it put outs a 500 damage AoE for every 400 damage it reflects so when you bums dumped all your ults on a really obvious deflect dive, you let him shoot out multiple AoEs instantly and kill yourselves on top of the reflected damage.

I agree his that his dash is way too overtuned and needs adjustments but I honestly think Deflect is the only skill in his kit that's actually reasonable right now. For one thing, Deflect has a pretty lengthy cooldown of 16 seconds, so it's not like he can spam it like Varian can spam his protect. It can actually be ended early if he's hit by silence or stun, it's not like Varian or Medvih's protects where they can't be interrupted and seem like they last for ages. The kunai he throws for every instance of damage only hits one target, it doesn't even hit multiple targets until he gets a talent for it to do that at level 20. It doesn't even actually reflect the damage he takes until he gets a talent for it at level 16 and even then the talent only reflects 33% of the blocked damage.

I just play Tyrande by healing creeps so they can tank more tower shots and shooting owls down at the other side of the map. You get top damage every game, not that it means anything. Most people don't realize how abysmal the range of her spells are anyway so if they don't stick close I don't bother chasing after them. The only time I think she really, really shines is when her team has overwatch heroes since marked targets restore 100% of their HP every single time.

The 6-hero bundles were like $30 and the same bundle with 6 skins (1 each) were like $50. Never worth it IMO, and now that you can craft them with shards, definitely not worth it. I took a look at that current bundle and thought it wasn't worth it at all though I don't remember its price.

The bundle with all 8 2k gold heroes was like $20, and there was the bundle with a bunch of 4ks and 7ks that I don't remember the price of but I'll look in my notes to see if I have it written down somewhere. I can't remember if there was another large bundle of heroes, I swear there was a third but I can't remember. But I'm not sure bundles of those scale will return.

That's correct sometimes though. You want to time camps for when they'll have an impact; usually because something else is happening at the same time.

Like you could go gazlowe and just retard camp all day and never get any value from it. Or you could wait until the enemy team has to choose between defending vs the camp or contesting the objective (cursed hollow / blackhearts bay / infernal shrines / battlefield of eternity are all good maps for this).
