People usually site that fight when saying Roxas is absurdly powerful because he won against one of the last bosses in KH2 with a fraction of his power.
But this is the same game where after that fight Roxas immediately beats Xion who logically in every way should have wiped the floor with him.

Well Zexion pretty much tried to murder Riku so of course Riku would try to kill him instead of letting him live.

Also Riku was brutal in CoM.
Riku said he'd take out himself after taking out all the villains he had to face. Riku immediately tried to kill Repliku after first fighting him when he won. Also,

I don't have the game with me but I decided to look into the script and...

Day 26 - Zexion
Simple deduction suggests Axel's outwardly inscrutable actions are the result
of some directive from Saïx. Why else eliminate Vexen? He simply wanted to
do research. Did we not all stand to gain from the fruits of his Program? What is Axel thinking?

Now this REALLY makes me wonder why Zexion didn't leave CO.

I just realized that Axel wasn't just a double agent, he was a quadruple agent.

Axel also completely betrayed the whole Organization, including Saix, by giving Sora the portal to TWTNW. So....Axel was directly/in-directly responsible for almost all the Organization members deaths.

Also it looks Sora affected Riku too much after DDD because even Axel/Lea decided to show up and save the day (and even if Sora told Riku that Axel decided to blow himself up say sorry and lead Sora to TWTNW) he would probably not be happy with the knowledge that Axel kidnapped Kairi and that Kairi was clearly still upset about it before DDD.

I don't know if you've ever been to an orchestra before but it's not like a regular music concert. It's pretty bad form to clap and cheer in the middle of a song. You just wait until they've finished the song, then you clap and cheer. It's respectful to the performers.
So clapping mid-song is already bad, clapping and cheering mid-song for something unrelated is terrible. They were interrupting the performance not even to cheer on the performers, just because a character they liked popped up on screen
It's just a dick move to both the performers, and to the regular people in the audience who came to hear the performance, not to hear half of the performance an fanboys and girls screaming over the other half

A "Kingdom Hearts" is a mass collection of hearts (or souls) that form a heart shaped moon looking thing based on the first KH box art

So far there have been two types of kingdom hearts, the Kingdom Hearts of world hearts in KH1 and the Kingdom Hearts of collected people hearts released from Heartless's in KH2

Now in BBS and KHUX there is a "blue kingdom hearts" there has been speculation if this is actually the true Kingdom Hearts or its just the collection of hearts that were lost in the Keyblade War

As of KH3 the true Kingdom Hearts lies in the Realm of Darkness, the light from it killed Ansem SoD in KH1

The True Kingdom Hearts is a Place, an Object and a Power source and it is a collection of all the heart/souls of everything in the universe, kind of a heaven as all hearts are born there and return there when they die

It gets a bit weird when Kingdom Hearts takes from Disney movies set in real places. They can't call them the actual place names because it would raise a bunch of interesting questions. Like are all of the countries or continents on Earth individual worlds in the KH universe? or just some countries? Does Earth itself exist as well?
In the Land of Dragons The Emperor and Mushu both outright say "China" so it's either set in China, or there is a place in the KH universe called China that is exactly like China on Earth, which is an incredible coincidence. Shang also says "Shan-Yu has invaded our country" so there must be other countries in The Land of Dragons other than 'China'. How much of Earth does The Land of Dragons contain, is it all of Asia?
It gets very messy, so it's much easier to ignore all that and just call them something else.
Funnily enough they just left Port Royal as is, and that's a real place. So Jamaica exists in the KH universe. Or at least a world that is functionally identical to Jamaica. They mention Aztec gold, so South America too?
Also the town in Hercules' world in BBS is called "A Town near Thebes" so Thebes also exists. Seeing how huge KH3's Olympus world is, that probably is Thebes.

Just finished Riku's story in ReCoM.

That was so much easier than the main part of the game thanks to how easy it was to abuse the duel system.

Played Kingdom Hearts on the PS2 back in, like, 2003. Beat it pretty straight forward. That's it. No sequels, nothing.

Got the PS4 collection last week and am finishing up 1.5. Pretty fun, and challenging at times, but I'm having some real trouble at some parts.

Currently at Lvl 62 for what it's worth. Strength 42 or so and Mp at 8.

Look at your medal spread then and see if you have any good medals that would do well on a certain keyblade and upgrade that keyblade. As for the KAs, all of them are equally useful but since DR is your best keyblade then KA Beginnings would probably be best for you. The main game is constant story quests. Levels don't work like they do in the other games. You unlock new Avatar Boards when you level up, which have bonuses for AP, HP and deck Cost.
All of your power in combat will come from your Keyblade level and the medals you have equipped.

You may have to grind to get materials for upgrading Keyblades however medals come fairly naturally.

Based off the people you mentioned, this is a great exaggeration. Also the cast for KH is huge so a couple replacements isn't going to make things sound entirely different, unless the change sounds super prominent. The only significant character that hasn't already been replaced is Old Man Xehanort.

What is truly going to make things sound different is how the main cast will sound thanks to actors aging if you compare KH3 to KH2/BBS. But by god I hope Bret Iwan got better as Mickey. We've been complaining about him since he got the job and he only started sounding better in 0.2 (which they may have actually recorded quickly because of how short it is).

I was just about to go on a rant wondering what Disney was thinking when they casted Aqua and Terra, only to realize that my argument fell apart once I looked up how old they were. The voice acting industry is very small and you gotta start somewhere. These two were new but they were also pretty young which makes it more acceptable for them to be put into voice over work without prior experience with voice acting. I'm still wondering how they passed the auditions though. (from what I read Disney was a lot more thorough for casting in the first game) I think Disney became more lazy with the casting because BBS was a portable game....or maybe they wanted to give these two a chance.

I did notice that it looks like Disney doesn't really go for cartoon VA's or anime dub VA's that haven't directly worked underneath them in Disney cartoons/movies. Not too sure what goes on with their casting decisions for KH.

I mean I honestly can't stay mad with the voice over thing because like I said the Voice Acting Industry is really small and only became bigger around 2013 once a lot of people started trying to do VA work through the internet and people started auditioning for things from/through their phones. People that aren't under the VA actors guild/non-professional/armatures tend to be hated by veterans and people trying to become professionals/properly join in the industry; but not as much as celebrities taking jobs.

Is there a point where I should stop attempting these proud quests? Because right now, using HD namine, B&B illustrated, illustrated kh2 Kairi, key art 9 and the king donald and goofy are kind of breaking most of these challenges in half... I mean I have second chance on Kairi, but that's kind of required for this. As are two gauge cost reduction skills.
