She's still powerful enough even after her murder that she was able to "survive" until she started using Flemeth as a host (and we still don't know the full extent of what she was capable of in her prime), so I would think that breaking any binding of hers would be a hell of a lot harder than just killing her meat suit. Not the other guy, but I am a bit confused about why Solas "killed" Flemeth/Mythal. In fact, I would thing Flemeth, even in her limited human state, could take on Solas, who I thought was still pretty weak at that time. Getting the orb back was his end goal, so it makes sense that he'd have to get Corypheus out of the picture. He probably wasn't strong enough to get into the Fade without it. I don't think Solas knew Mythal was alive before he went to the Temple of Mythal with the Inquisitor; I remember him saying, "So Mythal endures..". If he was being controlled by Flemeth, why didn't she unlock the Orb herself in the first place? Before killing Flemeth, Solas says that, "The people..they need me..I am so sorry", basically: "The Ancient Elves need me, I am sorry that I have to kill you and absorb your power to further my plan". Flemeth has always been able to predict the future; she knew Solas would require her power to further his plan. She also lets him kill her because her host body was getting old, and her essence needs a new young host like Morrigan.

It's possible that Solas was bound to her and the Well during the time of Elvhenan. We don't know much about his past, but it's obvious that he was her guardian/bodyguard/even literal pet.

For all we know, he might have been forced to drink from the Well or was bound to her and is still under her geas. The biggest hint about this is what Cole says in Trespasser:

She didn't expect Solas to give his Orb to Corypheus and make a mess (or maybe she did?), but when he came to her, she knew what to do and tricked him into thinking he was killing her, that she was "paying the price" and sacrificing herself so that their/her plan would proceed.

She tells Hawke in DA2 that bodies are limits and that she can be in more places at the same time. And at the end of Inquisition, she can be seen putting something in that mirror. She probably freed herself from Flemeth's human body, betrayed her by letting Solas kill her and she is wandering the world again, ready to occupy another body and intervene, should Solas change his mind or be killed, depending on the Inquisitor's choice.

tl;dr: Mythal, now corrupted and led only by blind revenge, is going to be the real villain, the true threat to Thedas.

Mod issue probably. Go to your Inquisition/Update folder, make a copy of "Patch_ModManagerMerge" folder elsewhere and then delete it. Start the game and play the cutscene. After you are done, just copy the mod folder back to its original location. I think you will need to edit the patch number inside package.mft(Inquisition/Update/Patch folder) too, before starting the game.

Started when I glitched through Skyhold and ran through the partially loaded areas. Saw a big shape that vanished when I got to close. After some time, it loaded the rest of Undercroft. The music still plays whenever I enter one of the crafting/modify menus there, and continued when I went outside until I talked to Vivienne and Blackwall. I'll investigate this further tomorrow.
