This was a clsuterfuck of epic porportions. The whole reason for normal/heroic was to give casuals something to work for. But now the only content is mystic. So either it's going to be so hard that casuals aren't going to bother and are going to quit because of lack of content (not to mention doing a raid on a third difficulty) or hardcore players are going to plow through it and be immensely disappointed
