Other champions that have ridiculous ability to turn around losing 1v1s, that come to mind, are Tryndamere, Irelia, and Warwick. Other "outplay champs" can also do it, but through mechanical skill rather than bullshit comeback mechanics. If you want champs that are great at picking off fleeing champs, there's Twisted Fate, Rek'sai, Warwick, and any champ with a really long ult (Ashe, Jinx, Draven, Lux, Ezreal, Gangplank maybe).
