Not all decks do. It clogs the deck. I run 0 Feena and 0 Gobu.

You have to choose between AE and grimnir. Hector is good but Gruff is not. Again if you want neutralcraft there are other better class. Forest's neutral effect depends a lot on their hand. They have problem with draws so once it is in a top deck war or even just having a bad hand at the start will make most of the cards useless.

It is fairies that died not fairies that summoned. Better learn to read. I also wish it was the latter effect but the dev decide to not give forest win con outside of standard.

Fairy heavy deck is very tempo negative and you will have a lot of garbage in your hand most of the time. If you really want to run that deck you probably need PtP and altered fate. Bare in mind that discarded fairies does not buff fairy dragon.

Maybe, since blood get all those cblood tools they needed for quite some time they won't be running neutrals, shadow and dragon has no need to run new neutrals (although dragon does has a lot of neutrals but people usually call it ramp instead of neutralcraft), and the rest of the classes got better version of cards compare to their neutral counterpart, so they won't run it. Better at running garbage doesn't mean it will be the best class in the entire expansion.
