Anyone know how to properly track down all of the "____ is down!" lines?

Because looking at the .stream files, as an example, Bain's various 5 or so lines for Jiro going down is either in the Jiro subfolder with 1,000+ unnamed, encrypted files. Or it's in the regular_vox subfolder with 19,000+ unsorted, unnamed encrypted files.

All I have are the strings that call for the particular groups of files to play, not the actual files themselves.

I just need to fine Bain's dialogue files to do so.

Can someone answer some questions regarding Dragon's breath builds? Setting everything on fire seems fun and I'm on the mood of trying a new build.
Is the DoT applied for each shoot and can you apply multiple DoTs on a single enemy?
How's the damage on the DoT calculated? Does having +% Damage helps(from Shotgun tree and Frenzy/Zerker and Crit to some extent)?
Whats a good shotgun for it? I was using IZHMA but M1014 have a higher base damage(both can get low concel)

Au contraire, incidents like the Goat Sim Spotter crash and The Big Scam push have demonstrated that OVK staff take 3-4 weeks to make a batch of skins, and OVK always plans this shit months in advance because their management chain is fucked up and can't get anything done faster. New Safehouse was in the works for months before Crimefest and the Scarface room was already in place back then too. It's very telling how far back in advance they plan this shit and how long it takes them to shit something out.

It's never a "Oh they had a bad idea that they spent 10 minutes on, big deal" situation with Starbreeze / OVK. It's "They've been planning this for months and prioritised this shit over fixing longstanding / critical bugs which is why they will never fix it".

People's skins were disappearing from their inventories for some Valve fuckup.

Valve devs came over to the PD2 forums to see what's wrong and then said they fixed it.

Trivia: Whenever a Community Safe is released, the 16 people who got their skins into the safe, get 16 Mint Condition skins (one of each). This is given to them via a hidden DLC that triggers 16 skin drops. This is how OVK distributed COP Safes+Drills to COP owners.

Trivia 2: This was during burger Thanksgiving 2016

Few hours after the Valve fix, skins started dropping for everyone because the Valve fix somehow just assigned all the skin DLCs to everyone and everybody who logged on had a free COP Safe+Drill (if they didn't have one already), and 32 Mint Condition skins from Community 1 and 2. Market crashed like pic related in minutes.

Sweden was in flames, and all the CS:GO wannabe traders and the community skin makers were bitching and moaning about how their precious pixels were devalued.

Eventually Valve devs managed to stop the DLC from being given out, froze the PD2 Steam Community Market for a few weeks, marked all PD2 skins that were bought/sold that day to be Untradeable until Jan. 1, 2028. Then they spent the few weeks manually going through everyone's inventories and deleting skins and reversing the trades. A Valve dev posted an official apology on the PD2 forums.

Valve never got all the skins.
Some people still managed to resell their skins after the basic initial 1 week trade hold was up (because their skin wasn't marked for 2028), and some people still have skins that are Untradeable to 2028.

A large chunk of PD2 skin traders cashed out after the market became unfrozen because of this.
