I find kys blood to be ridiculously easy to counter, destroying devil of vengeance before their turn 4 belph/meme dealer really screws them over.
After that all you need is a couple wards (any kind will do) to block a few dark generals and they are basically dead from killing themselves.
The only reason KYS is ever successful is because people didn't know about it and didn't know how to play against it, like most ignored devil of vengeance and stuff like that.

These stats are user reported, when aggro beat it (which is a main source of losses) it gets reported as Ramp Dragon, when people lose to big storm combos or Genesis they report it as Storm Ramp, drastically inflating the win rate.

Think about this: along with the much higher reported win rate, Storm Ramp supposedly also does much better against Aggro Decks. Now explain why having a full set of Forte and 2 Genesis Dragon/Zeus will help you against aggro more than Lucifer packages and more early game.

I've actually won an Aegis mirror match going 2nd and both of us played Aegis turn 9 too. I won because I used more Aria's and also just tried to keep stuff on the board to chip him a little each time. Allowed me to win in one Aegis hit while he had to do two.
