How to fix game

McCree:
Flashbang cooldown reduced by 2 seconds
Deadeye click delay removed (shoots 1st target instantly on click instead of current 200 ms delay)

Reaper:

for real though damage removed from grenade and heal slightly reduced on it

Roadhog:
Hook damage removed

Soldier:
Biotic field now heals 200 and is depleted afterwards, shared between teammates if multiple stand inside it
Helix rocket damage reduced to 100 direct hit or splash

Reinhardt:
Remove speed buff while swinging hammer
Shield takes one second to fully materialize starting from center

Game is basically fixed and balanced with this shit. Blizzard, just hire me already.

Here's my idea on fixing Reaper
>Teleportation still takes 2 seconds to cast, however when leaving teleportation there is no delay, you are instantly ready for action

This game is so screwy when it comes to number.

You can have a huge player level, but still suck at the game, since it just means you've played a lot.

You can get gold elims, but all you have to do is tag someone once some seconds before they die.

You can have a high SR but still completely suck if you're not with your usual group.

You can have a low SR but still be in the top percentile of a hero (though you really kinda suck if you play your main that much and still can't climb.)

This is why you have shitters bragging about every possible thing they can, but they suddenly get defensive when you ask their SR or objective time.

I noticed my accuracy on Masteroverwatch with Ana hovers around an 8%, when this cannot be right because I generally hover in the Mid 60s to low 70s for scoped/unscoped during a game.

Sym is great on defense. But that doesn't mean the person playing her is even remotely competent. A good Sym can place her turrets in certain areas to either slow down or deter a lane while supporting the team with shields/alt fire at a distance. Or by scaring off flankers that get too close to tanks/healers. A shit Sym runs straight into the enemy team and dies constantly

I've had some Syms on defense that set up their turrets (all close together of course,) and then turn into straight retards. They don't use her shield, they can't use her ray because all the ammo's been used on charge shots, and they panic placing a random turret that gets destroyed immediately instead of regrouping.

And AT LEAST 50% of the time they put a teleporter when they wanted a shield generator and vice versa. Though to be fair, in the heat of battle, you can fuck that up easily since they activate with the trigger.

The problem is everyone wants tanks that can defend so it's really hard to argue with picks like Reinhardt and Zarya. Those two are ace at protecting teammates and with non-tank heroes that have damage potential like Pharah, Soldier 76, Genji, etc. it's hard to argue for Orisa by saying "she does a lot of damage to offset her lesser direct defense ability"

I mean, I guess Roadhog still sees plenty of use but that's because he has crazy BURST damage. Orisa's sustained damage is nice and all but burst damage is what really shapes engagements and lands picks and Roadhog's burst damage is second to none, at the very least within the tank class.

If your healer is on point, only Reaper and S76 can kill Orisa at a reasonable enough speed. Flankers like Genji and Tracer have a really rough time, but at the same time, it's really pretty hard trying to hit Tracer/Genji with your max spread projectile weapon while they're killing your supports.

I can usually get 2-3 kills per tire. And even when I can't, you're right, the enemy team scatters when they hear the voice line and then I blow away either a tank or a support, giving my team a nice little window to push.

Yeah if you spam bombs blindly or lob them straight at a bubble, you're feeding ults. If you're smart about his play, are mobile, aiming so the bombs hit near the head, using them in combination with the mine, and generally causing them to back up, then you can usually kill a few folks before they have the chance to feed Mercy's ult. Hell, sometimes I'll pump a whole clip into a bubbled Zarya if I can, because the first three charge her beam, but the last three kill her ass and make it moot.
