You know what the worst part about Camille is? Her ultimate actually represents what the game needs more of. Combat aids that aren't just giant AoE fuckfests, big multiman AoEs or huge single target nukes.

What they should have done is given Camille's ultimate to a support. You know require some sort of coordination between the support isolating a target and then another champion actually fighting the isolated target. It doesn't make sense to make a 1v1 me you won't ult, but then give it to the single most powerful duelist in the game designed to win 1v1s who can initiate the ult on her terms.

I actually take the 45% CDR mastery for the early game, since I take 10% flat CDR in runes.

I know that doesn't sound like it makes a lot of sense because the alternative hybrid penetration is strongest early game, but I prefer the CDR on champs who have abilities with utility aside from damage where the CDR helps but pen doesn't.

how do we fix marksmen then? well, first of all, I'd nerf/remove ignite from the game. completely pointless summoner only in the game to make sure zed can stil get the kill after missing his Q.

give marksmen mr per level
ideally introduce some sort of defensive item that marksmen can build into early (think like an AD zhonyas type of item)

Ignore the builds that tell you to rush AD like cleaver, he doesn't need it. Rush Sunfire/boots/spirit visage, or spirit visage/boots/sunfire depending on if you are up against AD/AP. He's so easy to not suck at.

There are a whole bunch of cheap (450 IP) characters, buy all those so you can play. Unfortunately before you can really play you need to grind out to level 30 and buy some runes (wtih IP), as well as champions. The learning curve for the subgenre is pretty high, when you're starting out focus on killing the most minions.

You're looking at a few hundred hours before you know vaguely what the fuck you're doing.

For easy to play champs, I recommend Annie, Morgana, Amumu, Darius, Olaf, Ashe, Alistar, Janna, Pantheon, Jax, Blitzcrank.

IP is the currency you get form playing.

So there's flat damage and %hp damage right? For instance Poppy's Q does flat damage (the base damage), and it also has a bonus AD ratio (this also does flat damage, but the damage scales with her bonus AD rather than being fixed), and it also does %max hp damage. Some champions like Illaoi however, have abilities which do a percentage of the enemy's hp and then the amount of enemy hp damage they do scales with their AD.
