Is there a comprehensive list of all weapon "calibers", as it were? For example, small blasters alone have electron, ion and neutron, I can't be fucked to track down every one of them, and market groups are too cluttered with meta modules

Ships like the ishtar were successively nerfed over and over until they lost a 5th mid for a 6th low that ultimately crippled it as a usable fleet doctrine. Sentries were repetitively nerfed over a year to being absolutely garbage. No one uses gardes and curators lost tracking and range. Wardens have no tracking and bouncers lost optimal in exchange for falloff.

Then Drone Damage Amps were nerfed from 22% on a T2 to 20.5% which ultimately lost them 7% of their total DPS nominally. They have not been buffed in any statistical way in years.

Drone only ships used to use rigs for extra damage which were never viable.

You used to be able to run as many drones as you had bandwidth so people would use the best drone per damage drone which was light drones. A dominix could have 25 light drones with 125mb/s bandwidth until they were nerfed and rebalanced

In what way are you market seeding? There's a lto of moey to be made in lowsec seeding, but it's nowhere near what you can make seeding sov null. Seeding sovnull is way harder, of course, but you already know that.
Drone region is just brain dead ratting with the occasional roamer coming in to kill the krabs, so just join one of the alliances that are part of a coalition like DCU then just put up standard fare items like Praetors (specifically navy praetors as most of the ratters who dedicate themselves go straight for fighters instead of tech 2), VNI's, Rattlesnakes, and then when you find the right market, fighters. Especially with the upcoming changes, fighters will become a much higher volume market.
Dronelands are fairly easy to get into, but the profits are limited. Instead, you can try to associate with some large sov-holding alliances that have weak industrial capabilities, such as Brave and to a lesser extent TEST. The best thing to do is to basically dedicate a JF character to one side of the conflict, because if you try to use that JF character in a traditionally opposing alliance, the spies will just rat you out and you'll never strike a deal, and you'll also be fucked from getting any more deals from the original client(s). You can do two things by dedicating a JF to a single coalition: One, bring your own goods in to seed the markets and dictate how much you're willing to make per cubic meter or whatever metric you chose or Two, run a Jita -> sov HQ route in the JF holding a cargohold full of goods that you charge a certain amount per cubic meter (with a certain value as minimum). With each run netting you a one million isk fee minimum, you can end up making 500 million to 2 billion isk every week just for moving shit.
Be sure to train into more JF characters and more indy characters to produce high demand shit when it starts to pay off. Also, stay anonymous.

You're unlikely to make a whole lot of money seeding shallow lowsec, but in places like Aridia, Khanid, Placid, and a few systems in Black Rise, you can make a decent amount of money selling commonly used modules/ships/ammo along with picking up some goods that people may be selling for extremely low prices (rare, but it happens). Putting a region-wide buy order in these places for certain resources that's much below the sell or even the buy value in the nearest trade hub could also net you a good deal of money, just be sure to set a minimum volume.
Also, finding a corp that has good potential to thrive in these less secure areas could be a nice source of income. Often times they start in highsec, so look there first. When they say they're moving to lowsec/npc null, that's when you jump on the opportunity and start offering services. Don't act new to the game, just talk about how you're a veteran interested in new experiences and don't want to be surrounded by bittervets. Usually these corps will have very active leadership with a modestly active base who'll engage in a lot of corp-wide activities such as roams, pve fleets or wormhole day trips. I'd be careful of sticking to a corp that wants to move into a wormhole though, as you'll have to fully understand the logistical structure and potential of the corp and the day-to-day activities everyone engages in, which may end up eating too much of your time and cutting you out of other less time consuming opportunities.
Just make 3-6 alpha accounts, join a bunch of corps after a week or two of existence is on record, then pay attention to what the corp is talking about. If they use voice very often you should probably use it, as these people aren't really concerned with any backstabbing as they don't have sov to lose (and they won't ever need to share structure rights to anyone but other leadership). Just be sure to be active in these corps so that anxiety about you doesn't crop up.

Bonus remaps are just ones you can do regardless of remap CD. You can use them if you have solid learning plan - like you want to learn...carriers, you swap to max int\meme and rearn every support skill and then swap to perc\will and every flying skill. Implants +4 minimum unless you die 10 times a day then go +3. +5 prefferable if you know you won't die. Not talking about set implants though, they all 3 and 4 as far as i remember.

High Speed Maneuvering 3-4
Warp Drive Operation 4

Also none of these skills are ESSENTIAL for PVP, get them to level 1-3 and undock.

Profit wise they're pretty good but only when you scan the site down yourself. Buying them costs 100 mil on the corp escalation exchange and often times you walk away with only 27 mil in profit for your troubles when the loot fairy fucks you on the loot. I was making better money krabbing in a Rattlesnake in Havens.

Are you freaking serious? Do you know how many times in missions fighters eat s#$& because of the horrible buggy way fighters interact with NPC's already? Try going from an entire squadron of fighters to having them completely alpha'd off field without hardly any way to have them MWD back to you. This includes mission ewar effects on complete squadrons as you watch an entire squadron die to web effects through an MWD cycle. Ever try running a Fortress without an entire squadron dying? Try it.


I remember when the new fighter mechanics were first introduced and dozens of people who used carriers for PvE were shocked at just how badly fighters were eliminated off grid without any sort of way to have them return through npc aggression. Maybe you guys need to actually play this game instead of doing rediculous changes when the UI for fighters and fighter control are so buggy and messed up already. We've petitioned submitted bug reports and just lived with these horrible UI issues ever since the changes were released. Players have been patient and NOW you are going to ramp up NPC aggression on a UI layout and mechanic that is heavily bugged and complained about?

I mean I know you guys want to eventually eliminate how PvE is done in this game entirely and we've all known about the nerf coming to running missions and sites in capitals was coming but this isn't the way to do it by just having squadrons wiped off and agressed by rats as soon as you land on grid and launch them.

Hisec incursion running is fine where it is. It is a highly active form of PvE which requires your focus, meaning you can't do it long, it is competitive, it is time-limited, it is risky, it is a major hassle, it is logistically challenging to do every week, and it's NOT top income in eve PvE despite all the factors involved.
