Generally you want fuck him up BEFORE he can stack his passive.
If he stacks his passive he has a stun and a burst of % health AP damage at the ready right there. 1v1 against tahm as a pure tank can be pretty tough because he outtanks most people, has his E shield, a stun, and % health AP damage.

Nearly 2 Jinxs. My main references are visuals as well as memory from that one height/weight chart. The best Sona to compare imo is dj since it shows more of the body and there's more to go off Jinx can go off of classic. Jinx is under 100 let's say 95-99 lbs (I'd settle for 98) and is indeed far younger than Sona who is a fully matured women (I could see her being her late 30s-early 40s). If I had to throw guesses (which I've already been doing) I could see Sona being around 175-185. So a little under 2 Jinx's but very much over a single Jinx.
But this is all really crude guess work

Braum if you need a tank support. He's one of the best for peel, and can shield a lot of focused fire.

Bard if you want to put in the time to learn him. He has a higher skill floor than the others, but is very rewarding to learn. Can play as a roamer or as peel, depending on your playstyle and the game,

Nami is a great lanebully and provides decent peel. Mostly picked for laning phase and ult.

Zyra is good for early game kills. Works well paired with an early aggression adc like jhin or lucian, where you can get kills or force recalls early due to your bases.

Basically pick whichever champ suits your playstyle.

He's like braum, except he's better suited in a team that really wants to hard dive, or against a decent teamfight comp. Right now, taric isn't that good due to the prevalence of ranged supports bot, but once melee supports come back into meta he'll be a middle tier pick. His ult requires you to predict burst well in advance to be used well, so until you get that down, you won't do as well as you'd hope.
