i had the feeling that she was a bit too strong t b h. definitely a lot stronger than sombra and blizzard still thinks sombra is balanced. orisa has much more utility.
i only played a few qp matches, though. i found orisa + reinhardt to be very effective. you can take turns with your shields, giving reinhardt enough time to regenerate and orisas shield is on a relatively short cooldown anyway. her gun is strong even at range, i like it a lot. i can see myself playing this hero over zarya and d.va.
